There is so much to choose from it’s hard not to have at least two or three in your bag. They are all different and unique and yes, of course some of the standard cheesecake flavors. Steve is not just a baker—he’s a baking legend here in New Braunfels, Texas. His sourdough is beyond amazing, but that’s just the beginning. The blueberry scones? Absolutely to die for—light, flavorful, and perfectly baked. And those sausage-stuffed rolls (kolaches, I finally remembered the name!) are warm, savory perfection.

But what truly sets Steve apart is the heart he puts into everything. When I was preparing a post-wedding brunch for my son, Steve made fresh bagels on his day off—just for us. Then, he personally delivered them so they’d be hot and fresh for the big day. Who does that?! Steve does.
