“We stopped for a sandwich but hadn't really eaten here much before since it's far from our home. My wife asked for a large sandwich because that's what she remembers ordering the last time she had food at Schlotzky's. Turns out the large sandwich is literally GIANT. It was much more than my wife remembered and when we got to the window, we apologized for not knowing the sizing/pricing.

The wonderful people working understood and were kind to a veteran and his family who just had a newborn. This type of kindness is not common at all and we are very appreciative of everyone there. We will definitely be eating here more often because of that experience and service.“
