“They have a central answering service for orders and I was sent to the wrong location despite me clarifying the location to pick up the pizza. Fortunately the manager understood since this was not the first time this has happened. She even gave me a discount. I felt bad having food wasted. But I am glad she was so understanding and I hope the stores General / Regional managers see this and make corrections to their ordering system.“
