Pizza Hut in New Braunfels

“They have a central answering service for orders and I was sent to the wrong location despite me clarifying the location to pick up the pizza. Fortunately the manager understood since this was not the first time this has happened. She even gave me a discount. I felt bad having food wasted. But I am glad she was so understanding and I hope the stores General / Regional managers see this and make corrections to their ordering system.“

“If I could rate the service higher than 5 stars, I absolutely would!

I placed an order thinking I had selected delivery, but accidentally chose carryout. Completely my error! I wasn’t able to change it to delivery, but Tiffanie went above and beyond and personally made sure my pizza was delivered to me.

Since my original order had been sitting out, she even made sure I received fresh wings and a fresh pizza. I was honestly blown away by her kindness and generosity. She went completely out of her way to fix a situation that was entirely my fault, and that kind of customer service deserves to be recognized.

I will forever remember how kind Tiffanie was, and I truly hope her manager or boss sees this review and knows what an incredible employee they have. Thank you, Tiffanie, for going above and beyond!“
