Pizza Hut in New Braunfels

“Fidst off I have tk say shout out to Tiffany who served me and my friend on Sunday Aug 2nd. We had just came from a long day at the water park and boy we were famished. At first we were a bit hesistant due to the decor. It was a bit outdated and the resturant looked to need some renovation or upgrades, HOWEVER I am so glad that we decided to stay. Tiffany was amazing. She had a table of over 8 people, and another table near us and She was STILL attentive, kind, and even though it was overwhelming, she made sure our order was right the entire night. The food was delicious, I was surprised that a small city pizza hut could have better tasting food than any of the ones ive had in san antonio. The wings were flavorful, the stuffed crust pizza was delicious and above all, I felt at home. I appreciate the service and how hard the people in the back worked, despite the rush, drive thru, And Uber orders coming in. ill definitely be back the next time im in New braunfels. “They have a central answering service for orders and I was sent to the wrong location despite me clarifying the location to pick up the pizza. Fortunately the manager understood since this was not the first time this has happened. She even gave me a discount. I felt bad having food wasted. But I am glad she was so understanding and I hope the stores General / Regional managers see this and make corrections to their ordering system.“
