“The manager is so charismatic and cordial. While waiting for a pickup order I watched several customers come through with similar, fantastic experiences even under pressure (the pressure was my fault - big order). I did not mind having to wait in the lobby, I actually enjoyed it! I order delivery all the time from here so I know the pizza is good 👍“

“What a fantastic surprise and experience at Pizza Hut on Cameron, I ordered when I arrived. It's just a small, primarily order and pick up and go carryout location. After I ordered, I stood there for a few minutes waiting for my order and more people were coming in so it was getting a little crowded.

So I decided to go over to the service station to grab something cool to drink.

Before I left, I noticed the crew talking about the orders that were coming up and I realize I was referenced (this gentleman...blah blah blah). I still had about 6 minutes before my Pizza (Large, Hand tossed, pepperoni, sausage, and mushroom) would be ready, according to the pickup monitor, so I left to purchased my water and as I returned, I saw a beautiful Black woman carrying a box of pizza (I recall her being one of the employees). As I approached, she said, are you...? I said yes. Turns out she was bringing the pizza out to my car. Now it's pretty hot and very humid (86%), so I was quite surprised and it was very helpful.

So I certainly want to say THANK YOU, and give credit to Cynthia for outstanding customer service... and going the extra mile.

“I ordered online from here yesterday.. the food was cold when I got it.. I had to wait 15mins when I got there(so I just knew it was gonna be piping hot fresh).. they didn't waste any time completing my order (the payment +tip) but then I waited for 15mins for $52 /cold pizza.. -ask me do I mind waiting for fresh pizza- -dont have me wait 15/20mins (especially when the front counter I'm standing near was not busy) to be given cold pizza that's clearly been waiting on me- Mind you I ordered online so I know the pizza was supposed to be ready when I got there.. smh to make matters worst I didn't receive both the pepper and parmesan shakers I purchased I didn't have any more time for them yesterday..“

“As of late the quality of the pizzas has been dropping. Tonight the pizza I received seemed like one the forgot to put toppings on, then added the toppings after it was cooked and sent it through the oven again. The crust was over cooked and the toppings weren't melted into the cheese. In general the last few pizzas I've ordered from there wasn't that great. It's disappointing because when the pizzas are cooked correctly they are great.“

“Wanted a pizza exactly as I had ordered one about 25 years ago in Laredo Texas. Visited my local Pizza Hut on University /Highway 107 and Sugar Road and went inside to order a “To Go” specialty pizza.The waiter approached me and I said do you have anything on special today. He said yes “a large one topping” or “a large 3 topping” pizza.What I wanted to order was a large Cheese Pizza with one topping of ground beef with the beef on only 1/2 of the pizza. This would give me protein and let the wife a non meat eater have the cheese half.But. On review I opted for a 1/2 cheese and 1/2 beef with two additional items.These two additional items red onions and mushrooms would be sprinkled over the entire pizza.That way I would have 3 items on my 1/2 pizza and she would have 2 veggie items on her 1/2 pizza.About 20 minutes later the waiter brought my pizza in a take out box.I thanked him and opened the box.Well.My 1/2 of this pizza has ground beef.Her side had red onions and mushrooms.This wasn’t the pizza as I ordered it.I waved down the waiter and asked him about my pizza.I asked if he remembered my order.He said yes.1/2 pizza with red onions and mushrooms and the other 1/2 pizza with ground beef, red onions and mushrooms.Well “look at this again?”He did and looked sheepishly at me.Di you want me to do it again.I said yes.20 minutes later he again brought me a boxed to go pizza.He stood there as I opened the box.Well. That’s nice. Excellent. Exactly as I had asked for.I picked up both pizzas and walked to the cash register.I wasn’t sure how much he was going to chargers me for 2 pizzas.Nope. Their error so no charge for it.One large 3 item pizza hot and ready to go.A very nice tip for him and I was out the door.I’m 72 so eating even 1/2 of one pizza is way to much food.Two pizzas no way Jose.Arriving at home I grabbed one pizza and headed to Jose and Samantha’s house.They recently moved in and are a wonderful young couple with 3 young boys.YesOne dad and three hungry boys. Perfect for a hot almost veggie pizza.After ringing their doorbell and handing Jose a fresh hot Pizza Hut pizza.All I said was enjoy this.I walked back to y car and picked up my pizza and went into the house to surprise my wife.Thank you Pizza Hut.You made a simple error but your remedy pleased me and allowed me the opportunity of giving a hot pizza as a friendly gift to my wonderful neighbors.Remember that. “Our office had a big Valentine's Day order. The Pizza Hut's app allowed me to schedule the order in advance for the 9 Large One- Topping 1 Medium Speciality, 8 boneless wings Carry out specials. I was able to track the progress of the order through the app as well as get notifications of it being ready ahead of schedule. The staff even offered to help carry the items to my car. Pizza and chicken was hot, fresh and tasty. My car smelled like Pizza hut for a hour afterwards. Going back to this location for the freshness of the food and the quality of service!“

Their customer service in the past has been a little iffy in the past, but over the past 6-8 months they have REALLY exceeded my expectations with their good & customer service. “Misty and the Manager were so helpful. Even with my kids yelling in the back she was so patient. When she couldn't figure out the issue I was having she got my number and called me back right away. When I got to the store they walked me through to fix the order I placed and my food was hot and fresh. So yummy. Thanks for all you help.

“Shout out to Juan, the manager, working by himself during a Friday lunch. He very apologetically let me know that it would be a 20 minute wait and I was able to come back so that helped.
I go to this location at least once per week and they're always fast and friendly.“

“While waiting to go into the pizza hut to pick up my order I was approached by a black man that looked in my car window and asked me for money,I gave him a dollar bill he then asked me for 10 dollars I said no then he asked me for 5 dollars I said no and told him to have a good night he then asked me for another dollar begging and pleading then he asked me for two slices of my pizza I said no then he asked me if I wanted to party, I said no then rolled up my window when he disappeared I went to get my pizza and told the manager about my experience and I said that things like that give that store a bad reputation he didn't even respond to anything g I had said it was a very uncomfortable situation all the way around I didn't feel safe it was 9 pm on a Tuesday“
