“Consistent food that is made well and always hot. I only order carryout from most places but the delivery here is actually fast and decent. Not like the dominos up the road that ALWAYS takes 2 hours to deliver. If you want delivery pizza from a national chain, this is the one to order from.“

“Pizza Hut is a well-known pizza chain restaurant that has been in operation since 1958. I recently had the opportunity to dine at one of their locations and overall, I had a positive experience.Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by a friendly hostess who promptly seated me at a table. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with soft lighting and comfortable seating. The restaurant was also very clean and well-maintained.“

“Alexxus was so nice taking my order and when I got there I noticed it was the same girl that is always nice. She always gets my order right and I leave with a smile on my face. She is a genuinely nice person. She is the type of person you want representing your store. She is young and better than most adults in customer service. “Yesterday my car broke down on the side of MoPac. All but one employee (who stayed inside to watch for customers), came out to help me push my car to safety and into their lot. This didn't seem easy, seeing that the driveway is on a hill. I was pretty shaken up and freaked out, but they were all so kind and helpful. As I waited for tow, I saw many deliveries being made, and they all were checking on me en route, asking if I needed water or offering their bench while I waited. Grateful for their aid, I strongly encourage supporting a business with such a positive, kind hearted team!“

“It was such a nice experience to have outstanding service with a smile and genuine good attitude. I felt like the guy at the counter was the only one there and the pizza was delicious: even passed the test of two very picky 9-year-olds. The greeting at the counter was pleasant and engaging and he went above and beyond to bring the pizza to my car when it was finished cooking. “Wanted a pizza exactly as I had ordered one about 25 years ago in Laredo Texas. Visited my local Pizza Hut on University /Highway 107 and Sugar Road and went inside to order a “To Go” specialty pizza.The waiter approached me and I said do you have anything on special today. He said yes “a large one topping” or “a large 3 topping” pizza.What I wanted to order was a large Cheese Pizza with one topping of ground beef with the beef on only 1/2 of the pizza. This would give me protein and let the wife a non meat eater have the cheese half.But. On review I opted for a 1/2 cheese and 1/2 beef with two additional items.These two additional items red onions and mushrooms would be sprinkled over the entire pizza.That way I would have 3 items on my 1/2 pizza and she would have 2 veggie items on her 1/2 pizza.About 20 minutes later the waiter brought my pizza in a take out box.I thanked him and opened the box.Well.My 1/2 of this pizza has ground beef.Her side had red onions and mushrooms.This wasn’t the pizza as I ordered it.I waved down the waiter and asked him about my pizza.I asked if he remembered my order.He said yes.1/2 pizza with red onions and mushrooms and the other 1/2 pizza with ground beef, red onions and mushrooms.Well “look at this again?”He did and looked sheepishly at me.Di you want me to do it again.I said yes.20 minutes later he again brought me a boxed to go pizza.He stood there as I opened the box.Well. That’s nice. Excellent. Exactly as I had asked for.I picked up both pizzas and walked to the cash register.I wasn’t sure how much he was going to chargers me for 2 pizzas.Nope. Their error so no charge for it.One large 3 item pizza hot and ready to go.A very nice tip for him and I was out the door.I’m 72 so eating even 1/2 of one pizza is way to much food.Two pizzas no way Jose.Arriving at home I grabbed one pizza and headed to Jose and Samantha’s house.They recently moved in and are a wonderful young couple with 3 young boys.YesOne dad and three hungry boys. Perfect for a hot almost veggie pizza.After ringing their doorbell and handing Jose a fresh hot Pizza Hut pizza.All I said was enjoy this.I walked back to y car and picked up my pizza and went into the house to surprise my wife.Thank you Pizza Hut.You made a simple error but your remedy pleased me and allowed me the opportunity of giving a hot pizza as a friendly gift to my wonderful neighbors.Remember that. Pizza Hut. Excellent Pizza and great results.No complaints from me. None.“

“The Pizza Hut operation in River Place is consistently great - ALWAYS great pizza, and always on time for our pickup. It's takeout or delivery only, which is fine for us... we live in an adjoining neighborhood. Order a Large Specialty Pan pizza with extra marinara sauce - almost always on sale for a great price - and you'll thank me many times over.“

“Good fresh pizza. They are always short handed. The instructions say to park where it says pickup and someone will bring the pizza to you. But, after 10 minutes of the app saying your pizza is ready, I went in and it was behind the counter. They could have just told me and I would go in and get it. The concept of asking how much tip do I want to leave when I’m going in and picking it up doesn’t make sense at all. That’s not gratuity. That’s subsidizing Pizza Hut employees. I’m all for tipping the hard workers. But, it doesn’t compute when they take it out of the oven and hand it to me. Pay your employees a decent wage.“

“I had not eaten anything yet and I didn't have any money. So I got some money cash app to me for a pizza. It was 10 p.m and my order was delivered on time and smooth transaction. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection and still fresh and warm.“

“While waiting to go into the pizza hut to pick up my order I was approached by a black man that looked in my car window and asked me for money,I gave him a dollar bill he then asked me for 10 dollars I said no then he asked me for 5 dollars I said no and told him to have a good night he then asked me for another dollar begging and pleading then he asked me for two slices of my pizza I said no then he asked me if I wanted to party, I said no then rolled up my window when he disappeared I went to get my pizza and told the manager about my experience and I said that things like that give that store a bad reputation he didn't even respond to anything g I had said it was a very uncomfortable situation all the way around I didn't feel safe it was 9 pm on a Tuesday“
