“I had a great experience at Pizza Hut at 6404 Babcock Rd. The manager Ms.Stephanie Gomez went above and beyond to make sure everything with my order was perfect. She was very friendly, professional, and handled everything with a great attitude. It’s not often you see customer service like that these days. You can tell she really cares about the customers and the store. I live in Helotes but because of her excellent service, I’ll definitely be coming back again and again.Thank you for making the experience so pleasant!“

“This place has never given me no issues , the customer service is great ! The food is always done fast & delicious . I’ve been here plenty of times for pick up orders and I’ve only ever seen one person dine in . They do not do the buffet dine in at this location , but you’re able to sit and eat your own pizza at a table . This Place is always clean & the decorations give nostalgia .“

“Went in and love that it appears they are currently becoming a “classic” location. Sad no one was dining in but they did have some too orders. Food was great. I hope this place lasts and I get to relive old memories of going to Pizza Hut. Hopefully business picks up and they continue to grow and improve. “My favorite pizza amoung all pizza joints, this store has employees who have been kind and helpful to me! Occasionally they will go above and beyond to assist me! Once when paying cash i some how lost $5 so was short paying by over $3 and the cashier made it up for me without bating an eye. Now I doubt this could happen very often unless their paid a LOT more than I think!😆
Still this is the kind of service that's rare these days and has won my loyalty! Good job guys!“

“I normally have an amazing experience with this location and this probably has more to do with the ordering service. I placed an order online yesterday. I immediately realized it was ordered as carryout. I called the number listed and the outside service connected me with the actual location. It rang a few ti.es then disconnected. I called again and the service center said the order was ready to pick up and couldn't be changed. I said I didn't want to change anything. That I just want it delivered and would pay the different. She again said it was ready to pick up and couldn't be changed. It was 5 mins after I had ordered it, mind you. So I asked if it was just going to sit there and go to waste? I would have paid $20 or whatever to just get it delivered. I was unable to drive due to flat tires. She said that she was just going to connect me to the location again. Same thing. It rung a few times and hung up. Ended up walking to Family Dollar in the rain and just getting a Stouffers lasagne for my teenager 🤣 It was actually a nice walk so, chest la vie. It just seemed like it would be such an easy fix and was frustrating. We both are starting our periods so it was compounded. 😂 I ate a pint of ice cream and all was well with the world. “I got a 2- $15 pizza special, 2 large 5 topping or speciality pizza deal Pizza Hut is having & the dough tasted like the pizza dough you get for the $6.99 or $7.00 medium special pizzas, it was good but I wish I would have paid the extra $4 for both pizzas for the stuffed crust. Next time. But all in all, for last minute, don't want to cook night, a 2 liter Dr Pepper & 2 lg. speciality pizzas was good, it's been a while“

“I love this location! The staff is always friendly, and the food is always very delicious! The building could definitely use some work but I believe the staff is doing a great job with what they have. I ordered three pizzas on Tuesday, February 17 around 5:30 PM. “It was on 6/19 that I came in around the afternoon after doing an errand or two next door at the dmv. The place was clean, pizza was cooked well and done and I was able to charge my laptop and cellphone as well. Thank you Mr.Michael for serving my table. “Great food and great staff . Jacky was welcoming and super friendly. She took care of my order and special request were immediately addressed.

“My friend and I only needed to quench our thirst but I was sort of hungry. I ordered the personal Pizza that comes accompanied with chicken wings, because the time before I had had it with fries. The pizza was just as I like it. The pizza was perfectly prepared/cooked. The crust was as I like it -a little bit toasted, delicious; the ingredients were fresh (mushrooms and black olives) 😋😋 Just the tasty amount of tomato sauce and the cheese was good too. (I don't eat wings, I took them home). I have to tell about the service the young lady provided, it was excellent, above and beyond. I regret that I am so bad at names and I am not able to mention hers here. I intend to return soon because I couldn't leave her a tip she deserves. She got busy, people started arriving and needing attention and I couldn't interrupt her before leaving. Anyway I want to have another personal Pizza LOL now with fries, I had really enjoyed them on my previous visit.“

“I had such a pleasant experience this morning when I came to order my take out. Let me remind you take out starts at 10:30am so I was happy to know I wasn’t the only one craving pizza so early. “THIS IS NOT A PIZZA HUT LOCATION, this is an EXPRESS LOCATION at the TARGET food court, Target is just purely selling the product! You cannot order regular Pizza Hut location items, there are only a select few personal pan pizzas, wings, pastas, and breadsticks. The variations of each item are extremely limited, such as there only being the option for cheese or pepperoni pizza. DO NOT go here and expect to be able to order a 12" pizza of any sort, this is not an actual Pizza Hut location!“

“I really love this location. They always get my order right and it's always perfect...and usually VERY, VERY hot. Too hot to eat and that's not a complaint...lol!! I always get the pan crust, which some locations always mess up, and it is always a perfect golden brown, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, like good bread should be. And just writing this review is making me crave that taste! There are a lot of local pizza places that are outstanding when you get them on the right day, which is like playing roulette. This location has a good day EVERY day and the quality of the pizza is consistently above the rest.“

“I was Visitng a friend in the area and a “unknown” pizza establishment failed to deliver pizza for their child’s birthday party. They called them and got a mix up on the time. They canceled and called Pizza Hut and Micheal the manager said they would be glad to help us out for my friend’s child special day!! “Food was good and warm. I left a tip on top of the delivery fee for the driver as I usuallydo for Dominos. Turns out, they used Door Dash drivers. They only give them the delivery fee and not the tip. DO NOT TIP ON THE APP!!! TIP IN PERSON ONLY!!! It's confusing unless you are wanting to double tip, which I did to not punish the Door Dash driver. If you don't tip then this isn't an issue.“

“Stopped in for a quick bite while my wife & stepdaughter were at a Dentist appt. Ordered a pizza, a Large 3 Topping (all pepperoni - yum!), and sat and ate a few slices. The young fellow who waited on me was friendly and professional, and he wished me a Blessed Day. “Pizza was delicious, I usually get the Alfredo pasta with chicken, mushroom, and bacon but I got that in pizza form! The pasta always has a nice toasted layer of cheese and a perfect amount of sauce, they certainly listened when I said I loved mushrooms for both pasta AND pizza! I get bad avoid reflux after having my kid but the Alfredo based pizza never makes it act up and it's genuinely so pleasant with any toppings. Grateful to the manager Kelvin for wonderful customer service and a good attitude even with rude customers getting mad over not asking for their specific deal.

They had some crappy managers here but he's always good at his job and is very professional.“

“Shout out to Gianna for making a big order and getting us some pizza in impressive time! I called and explained that another local pizza shop was supposed to deliver pizza to us at 10:30pm for a party and they cancelled our order for no reason and wouldn’t make it right, and would not let us even place another order after it had already been paid for. She jumped into action and in less than 20 minutes we had pizza! THANK YOU FOR YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will be coming back and I’m grateful for people who do their job so well! The food was FRESH, HOT, and extremely delicious! It’s like they upgraded their ingredients to fit my palette!! You can never go wrong with the food here!

This Pizza Hut is very clean and organized! Also the vending machines were a nice modern addition to it. It smelled great in there, like fresh pizza and air freshener!

“The actual service that I received from the employees that were physically in the store was excellent. Ordering process was easy with them, the wait time on the food was dead on, and the food itself was excellent. The only reason I can't give all five stars is because of the hell that I went through before I arrived at the restaurant while trying to order from the app, the website and over the phone. The first 2 would not work at all and the third option was thru whatever call center they use to take orders over the phone. And when trying to order over the phone and they screw that up and transfer you to the actual store to fix it but the call does not connect after multiple tries, all you can do is cancel and go order in person. The worst experience trying to place the order remotely in any way but in person was excellent. Hopefully they will get their technical issues fixed shortly, though i was told in store that it had been going on for several days by then.“

“Ordered online for delivery and accidentally ordered carryout. Called the restaurant and got Kalena on the line. She tried to help but we got disconnected. Ended up driving to store and she was very apologetic and made my order fresh and even offered a discount. When I walked in they were cleaning and the store was spick and span. They even had a 100 score posted from the food inspector. Got hone and the pizza was exactly how I ordered hat and fresh. Thank you for the great experience!“
