While the rating for this restaurant is 95 I was very disappointed in how long it took to get our food. Our burgers were prepared and sitting on the counter waiting for onion rings. When we finally received our meal the burgers were luke warm at best and the onion rings were over cooked - at least they were crispy.We should have known better. It seems like all Whataburgers are slow getting food out.Although I will also say I do like the size of their burgers for the money....read full review
Just getting too expensive to go anymore for us old folks.... This will be our last visit...... Though the food is filling and usually prepared fresh, the past few times our onion rings were overcooked and greasy..... Tired of having to ask for a replacement then our burger and patty melt gets cold or soggy waiting....too expensive for that and shouldn't have to ask ya know.....just shouldn't have to.
