“Everyone knows their cakes are incredible! We are huge fans of the red velvet and chocolate chocolate chip which pair beautifully with their cream cheese frosting and are always so moist and wonderful. However, the customer service is what really sets this location apart. I was greeted warmly by smiling faces who were eager to help and watched several customers get in and out super quick while I was there. I had a special request and the owners were happy to try to make it happen and the results were better than I could have hoped. My teenage son was surprised and delighted and that memory will be a highlight forever. Thank you for making that happen!“

“I ordered a cake for my son’s birthday and paid $250, it was fairly large and was the talk of the party. The flavor was phenomenal and they did a great job replicating what I wanted. They were really sweet and on time about my order as well. I would highly recommend them and I will be ordering from them in the future. 💝“

“Gigi’s Cupcakes never disappoints! The cupcakes were fresh, moist, beautifully decorated, and absolutely delicious. There were so many wonderful flavors to choose from, and the packaging made everything feel extra special. The staff was friendly and helpful, too. “So glad to have found this at the Shenandoah County Fair. The strawberry cheesecake bundtlet is chefs kiss good! My tastebuds buds are still dancing! I had to stop myself from eating it all in one sitting. Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend. 30 stars out of 10! If you get the chance to try them, do it! You won’t be disappointed.“

“They have the most delicious and moist cakes of anywhere around! Hard to buy just one! Their chocolate chocolate chip is the best! The pumpkin and the Oreo dirt cake are seasonal but phenomenal! Try them before they stop! To be honest, you can’t go wrong with any of their flavors haha“

“Quality of the cakes is a no brainer - all the flavors are yummy! What makes or break the total experience depends on who's standing behind the counter. If Lisa is behind the counter - you can definitely count on an excellent experience - her customer service is spot on - smiles, friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and always has my orders ready to go. I can't say the same about a couple of other employees there, but hopefully they will be trained up so they can offer the same top-notch customer service.“

“Absolutely 5/5 experience at Cold Stone! From the moment I walked in, the workers were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were patient while I decided, offered great suggestions, and genuinely seemed like they enjoyed helping customers. The ice cream was delicious as always fresh, creamy, and perfectly mixed but what really stood out was the amazing customer service. It made the whole visit feel special. Definitely coming back again soon!“
