Cameron and Eric were absolutely phenomenal—not only were they friendly and welcoming, but their knowledge of the menu and passion for great smoothies truly set the tone for an amazing visit.

I ordered the Peanut Power Plus Chocolate, and wow, it was pure indulgence in a cup! The smoothie had an incredibly rich, velvety texture, with the deep cocoa flavor perfectly complementing the creamy peanut butter. The subtle sweetness was balanced beautifully, without being overwhelming, and the blend was so smooth that every sip was a delight. “Ive been going to this location practically daily since the grand opening! I get the rebels, I haven’t found 1 that I haven’t liked. I was recommended a flavor by one of the workers that usually takes my order and I’ve been pleased with the drink. I’ve never been met with anything but the best personalities that will always bring a little joy to the day no matter how rough it may be. I do however have 2 favorite workers as they been feeding my unhealthy addiction to caffeine since this location opened. I wish I knew their names to personally thank them. 12/30-12/31 5am crew to narrow it down. Y’all guys rock and have made the past couple days start off great and keeping me alive while making this mornings drive up to OKC to catch my bus to my show tonight! I highly recommend this location as I’ve been to a few across the country and this is by far the best one.“

“I'm hoping management can reach out to me. Im here every single day. Whomever the lady is working this morning Jan 13th I need to follow up with regarding issues.

Im late, order ahead everyday, train made everyone late. Then I get here. The smoothie is not correct (I order the same one everyday for months) and she tried to validate how she did do it correct. It was wrong color and taste completely. But the biggest issue, I was at the front yelling for someone to come up while im late and I can hear her in the back on her phone what sounded like behind a closed door having a full conversation. So shes so focused on her phone, I cant get my order fixed to get to work and now I'm affected further because I couldnt get her to come up. Then to give me excuses instead of owning up to she messed up.

But it may not have been messed up if she'd be more focused on her job rather than her phone.

Im here everyday and ive never had this issue and hope to follow up with someone.

I refuse to leave lower review because im always getting great service at this location, but this morning was unacceptable. And I have a photo I wont post here to confirm the correct person is followed up with.“

“Tropical Smoothie made a great first impression with a warm greeting and friendly smiles.
We’re açaí bowl fans, and they did not disappoint. I had the Nutella bowl with extra chia seeds, and my wife went with the Mango bowl with Nutella. Both were perfectly sized and as good as we’ve had anywhere.
Plenty of parking, spacious inside with a few outdoor tables, and the store was spotless—from the front windows to the bathrooms (which were also very clean). Well lit and staffed for quick service.

“My family and I went there for breakfast/brunch meal. We all got the everbowl custom to what we wanted. Mine was coconut, vanilla, chia seeds, strawberries, bananas, and frozen mango. “While TSC is not my favorite smoothie place of all time it is a nice reprieve from the other juice and smoothie places. I typically get the mocha madness which has a kick and tastes good.

I think the biggest con of TSC is it’s not the healthiest place in the world as one might think. But in today’s world it sure as heck isn’t the worst. I’d go 6 of 10 with health. 8.5 in 10 for taste.

“My son & I stopped by yesterday evening, 4-24-25 around 7 pm. Line was crazy long but my son really wanted a protein drink, trying to bulk, so we stayed in line with 8 cars in front of us. When we got to the ordering speaker, we told her 3x what we were wanting. Got to window, 2 diff ladies confirmed again with is what we wanted. We got our order but one drink was just pure protein without the strawberry. Basically was half full and taste terrible. We went in today to see what went wrong. “Great coffee, great service! As a Midwesterner, I was excited to try Caribou again a couple of months ago. Every since, I’ve been going three or four days a week in the morning for work. I ordered through the app, which is quick and easy, and pick up at the drive-through window. Evans, the manager, and his team greet me by name with a smile! My drink is always consistently good and you can’t beat the service! I will continue to return!“
