“I stopped by Johnny's Ozark Fried Chicken and ordered their daily special with three chicken strips, two sides, and gravy, and it was outstanding. The chicken strips were hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned with juicy, tender meat inside. The sides were fresh and flavorful, and the homemade gravy tied the whole meal together perfectly.

The portions were generous, the food came out fresh, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. It's hard to beat the value of the daily special for the quality and amount of food you get. If you're looking for delicious Southern comfort food in Kilgore, I highly recommend giving Johnny's Ozark Fried Chicken a try. I'll definitely be back!“

“When I had went up to order, there was a man giving me and glare. His name was Allen and he works there now. He finishes our order and proceeds to make our drinks he got 3 right and was making the last one and I was telling him what it was and he goes, “ I KNOW!” He then proceeds to mess it up. I asked for grilled nuggets and what do I get. Fried nuggets. This dude was rude and disrespectful. Other than him, experience was great.“

“The food is pretty good, but way overpriced. And they tend to stop serving certain items before the store is even closed. Some people prefer biscuits instead of rolls, but you can't get a biscuit after 8pm and if you do, it's hard as a brick-bat. I recommend go earlier than later.“

“Thank you for bringing over the young lady from your college location. I heard her telling a vustomer she was filling in. I come in this location alot but NEVER got this type of service. So speechless from her customer service i didnt catch her name. But let me tell you how amazing this young lady is. When i came in it was as if i witnessed a spiritual moment. Its been so long since ive experience customer service on this level. Every customer being greeted , acknowledged helped efficiently, such a friendly spirit. I told my husband i felt like i was standing in front of a earth angel. You can tell she's Gods child. You all have a special young lady on your team. I felt so renewed after visiting this location. Put everything into perspective for me to see someone working a fast food job so humble most people act like they hate there job. Store was also very clean. Impressed and definitely will be visting her at the college location soon“

“chicken tenders tasted sour. tots were cold. toast like cardboard and no gravy. I waited over 35 minutes for the worst food I've ever had. 😠🤢paid $8.65 and couldn't even eat it, went in the trash. Will not return.“

“Doesn't matter what time of day we go. They different shift crews are fast and friendly. And when they are busy, they still try to get everything out as fast as they can. They do have pick up availability through DoorDash I think. Meaning place your order through DoorDash but can opt in to pick it up yourself. They have a decent size dining room and rest rooms and drive through as well. You can dine in or do take out also.“
