“I ordered Quesadillas and a Crispy Beef Taco. One order was a Combo meal. My kids really liked the food and the salsa bar is nice for diners.
The lady at the counter wasn't rude, but she took our order with no emotion or welcome greeting. We came after the lunch rush, so she probably needed time to rest. Otherwise, she got our order done.“

“What a pleasant surprise! The food was hot and the chicken was melt in your mouth tender. The seasoning was perfect. The drive through was very efficient. There used to be a Pollo Regio on Bowen near Division that closed a while back. It had really gone downhill and we had stopped going there before it closed. The food was never as good as this food. Please check this location out. You'll be glad you did!“

“Walked in and was greeted by the owner! First time there and he immediately welcomed us with open arms and went through the menu with us explaining popular items, specials etc. He was incredibly patient with us and treated us like family. Service and food was a 10/10 and I will definitely be back to try other menu items. Highly recommend!“

“Torchys is always consistently good. Today we went for happy hour and sat at the bar. The Democrat and Steak fajita tacos were excellent and the green chile queso is worth the trip. We also enjoyed a delicious house made margarita and draft beer. Service was especially good and is what instigated this 5-star review. Hallie, our bartender and server was so sweet and attentive, letting us sample a few beers and catering to our high maintenance request….very personable! We will be back!“

“Love this place! The food is amazing… and their customer service is top tier. We ordered delivery through them and they partner with uber eats. Uber stole my order and the manager told me not to worry. He said they could remake the order or refund us and they would worry about getting their refund from Uber. Amazing!“

“I’ve been here three times now and their food always hits! The queso Birria tacos paired with the salsa verde were so delicious. Hubby had the Mexican hamburguesa and my daughter the Birria Ramen and they agree. Everything was great and I would highly recommend checking them out. Service was fast and atmosphere was nice.“

“I had a great experience. I choose to eat here while i waited for my vehicle from discount tire. The server Natzyelle was very courteous and kind. She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The food was very flavorful. My only qualm was the bbq chicken had a dry side but the rest of the chicken was excellent.“

“I've been here twice for tortas. Very charming spot and the people here are so nice! It's nice having an authentic Mexican food spot in the area, since most are in the deeps of Fort Worth and Haltom City. Saves me the drive lol.

“I'm from Dallas and grew up experiencing all cultures of food. Fort worth sometimes doesn't have the best selections. This place is incredible. I'm not kidding. My new favorite place to get birreria however you spell it, you will not regret this choice. Just go now. Everything so fresh. Great prices. Great job. “We went and ordered a few things just for all of us to try them. The chicken quesadilla was a big hit, the loaded fries (chicken) were really loaded with chicken and tasty. But the star of the show were the street tacos (barbacoa/pastor) and the Limon Fresca. Sadly we didn't take pictures of the food before we devoured it.“

“We have been eating at la Isla for 30 years. Mainly the Park Row and Cooper location and when they moved to Pantene we followed them there. We have sampled the menu widely but I am centered on the tostada de Ceviche for a start. Then the sour cream chicken enchilada plate. We love the rice and beans and I love to put some of the delicious salsa on them. My wife usually gets either the fajitas or the tacos Al carbon. The chips and salsa are great too. Moderately priced as well. Give them a try.“
