“1st time dining at Layne’s and how I can describe their fingers is like eating KFC original breading, meaning that the breading had a good flavor. They have a variety of sauces, but for me the check of approval was the country cream gravy. Nothing special about the gravy, but the fact that they offer it (in my opinion) is a plus. Texas toast and crinkly fries were good, and almost a standard for most combo baskets, so it paired well. If you are an Aggie fan, you may recognize them as a local staple in Bryan/College Station. I would eat here again, considering the chicken competitions near by.“

“Amazing, extremely clean, the service is always great. Very courteous. We got the $7 meal deal ( I know it used to be $5, inflation) it hit the spot. Burger was delicious and the sundae at the end was just the right amount. Keep up the amazing work. ?“

“Went there Thursday evening thru drive-thru. Ordered roasted chicken. Was horrible. Smelled rotten and bad. The beans and rice also has a smell of sourness to it. The food was not hot. Very bad eating experience. Will not be going Back. Yuk and Yuk. Spoiled food.“

“The current run of the Philadelphia Cheesesteak is terrible. The steak looked and tasted similar to canned sliced beef. The cheese sauce would run on a level surface. But at least the bread and vegetables were fresh. Would I feed it to my pet alligator - probably.Would I feed it to my pet dog - definitely not.“

“First time customer and I will be back! I visited the MOD Pizza location in Pasadena, Texas.
Located in an easy to find retail shopping center off of the Beltway.
Restaurant was very clean. Service was impeccable. Staff person took his time to explain the process for ordering. A myriad of toppings, sizes, sides, dine-in or take out.
I decided to stay and enjoy my pizza (with intention to take 1/2 home for later).
That didn't happen since I ate it all except one slice. Beverage offerings (self-serve) were excellent as well.“

“Nice place to go. Lack of communication or almost no gratitude expressed. It's like hi welcome to Hartz and paid for meal and that was was it. Nothing explained, no one asked if we needed anything, had to find utensils on my own made our own way to beverages. Kinda felt dry about the service, food was OK no wow factor for its price.“

“We have eaten at a lot of Dairy Queen in different locations. We feel the DQ on Spencer hwy in Pasadena is the best. They have very friendly and helpful employees. The place is always clean. The food is always good. That is why we eat there often. Today Gina M waited on us. She did an excellent job. She ran the register, served customers, and visited with them. “Stopped by last night and it's been a few years. Looks to be remodeled and pretty nice. Went through the drive thru and ordered the gremlin box. Jack's tacos can be hotbed miss, but these were fresh, hot, and crisp. Fries were good, onion rings were on point, and the strips were super good as well!“

“I pulled up to this location and I seen a girl outside cleaning windows with a long brush and still greeted me with a smile . While waiting on my food I watched her go from windows to greeting customers to opening the door.. I asked her are you new she responded no ma'am I'm just from a different location well all I have to say is your energy and enthusiasm made my day and hope to seeing more of you here.“

“Inside Walmart; this place has fantastic service and the food tasted like the McDonald's Food you crave for. Fries were fresh and the well made Quarter pounder with cheese hamburger was delicious. I'm not a big fan of McDonald's, and I probably eat it once every 2 or 3 years. I had to give props to this place because it was 5 stars in all categories and super convenient.“

“If I eat taco bell, it's always at this location. Taco bell is dope, the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because my order was wrong. I got a beefy 5 layer burrito instead of a different item I ordered. And I got one of those burritos that have rice in them instead of the OTHER item I ordered. I didn't check my order until I got home, and I wasn't about to waste gas and drive back to swap it. So I just ate it. Thats the only problem I've ever had. Other than that they're legit.

Vegetarian options: Nothing is vegetarian here lol.

Dietary restrictions: Avoid place if you have acid reflux or heartburn or indigestion issues.

Kid-friendliness: It's kid friendly. As far as I know, they have never had a problem with kids. Kids don't seem to have a problem with them either. They keep it G.

“I’ve always had pretty good service ordering on the app and picking up in the drive through. The manager is stingy but the kids at the drive through are always nice. The location is easy right off of the beltway and close from the neighborhoods.“

“Hands down the best Jack in the Box i have ever been to. Which is crazy because i dont expect anything special when going to a fast food joint. The service was fast, the food was fresh and hot, it was not undercooked or overcooked, everything was exactly as I ordered it, and the staff was relatively friendly. I also didn’t realize how diverse Jack in the Box’s menu is, there’s a lot of great stuff to choose from. Thanks for the great experience guys!“

“The only thing I ever get at McDonald’s anymore at this location is just french fries and occasional coffee. But I hate their hamburgers every time I’ve gotten a cheeseburger there I live 1 mile not even a mile from this location when I get home to sit down to eat, the cheese is not even melted, when they handed me my order last time before I even drove away, I unwrapped the hamburger and the cheese was not melted! I even told them when I placed my order to be sure that my cheese is melted and they don’t listen. Most of the people that work there cannot understand English anyway, I don’t mean to be mean but that’s just how it is the next time I drive by there this week I’m gonna try to get the phone number to the owners and call and tell them. Another thing that I don’t like is that they don’t sell any breakfast items after 10:30 really who wants to eat chicken nuggets or cheeseburger or french fries at 10:30 in the morning? lol“

Vegetarian options: It’s obvious. Just get a veggie pizza and sides. Leave off cheese if you have a dairy issue. Easy peasy.“

“It's taco bell.. but this particular restaurant location always gives me fresh food and smiles no matter how busy or slow they are. The employees here go the extra mile. I usually take my food to go, but this restaurant is so clean I've started eating in. Keep up the great work folks. Corporate may not always recognize your exceptional work but your customers do.“

Edit 7/12. The consistency at this place is a literal coin flip. One month it can be good, one month it’s bad. Ordered a 4pc chicken nugget kids meal and they gave me everything but the nuggets. Go if you like to gamble with your order“

“Went in today with my nephew and the line was pretty long. There were only two people working behind the counter. The lady helping us was so sweet and kept apologizing for the wait, even though she didn’t need to, and the gentleman with her was so quick at sprinkling and wrapping. They were both working so hard, but I do wish they had more help. Wishing the best for the both of them.“

“Best bet is to order ahead on the app. What's that? You don't want to have an app for every fast food place you go to? Ok. Just be prepared to be misunderstood and "what's that" 'd at the microphone 5 times then a quick pretend to understand only to receive the wrong stuff. “Everything was very good. Restaurant is clean, veggies were fresh . I liked my sandwhich but as a former subway manager I feel inclined to mention that the artist who made my sandwhich did not follow the formulas.... I ordered the same sandwhich from two different locations and they both tasted completely different because the store by Kroger followed formulas and this one didn't . I eat my sandwhich anyway it was still very good. Just something for management to look at it's a small pet peeve of mine“
