She made sure my order was perfect, from my coffee to the breakfast items, and everything came out fresh and delicious. The banana bread and flatbread were warm and tasty, and my drink was just right. Big thanks to Bri for her excellent service and kindness she really made my visit extra special!“

“I had such a great experience this morning at Starbucks. I accidentally ordered the same drink twice and forgot to include a few things in my coffee. I was a little flustered and felt bad about the mix-up, especially since it meant they had to remake two drinks for me. But the woman who helped me was absolutely amazing so kind, patient, and understanding. I expected some frustration, but instead, she greeted me with a smile and handled everything with such grace. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. It’s rare to find that kind of customer service these days, and I really appreciated it. “The food and drinks here were amazing and the employees were so awesome. But there was much much older lady (who I'm guessing was the manager) essentially yelling at her workers and was baffling to hear her talk to her employees like that epecially being that much older. But besides that everything else here was awesome.“
