No major complaints other than when I arrived it looked closed. But I enjoyed I was there alone and it was peaceful and quiet till a family arrived with a screaming fussy beautiful toddler. lol then my peace was gone cause they sat 1 table away from me.. then my meal arrived.“

“We chose something different on the menu, and so glad we did! The Avocado toasted trio and Brunchilada Hash w/Chicken Tinga (massive serving) were excellent. We have never had excellent service until this visit by Giovanna. We requested Bottle Service and she went above and beyond in presentation and service. Giovanna we can't wait to come back and we will just wait until you have open seats! Thank you!“

“Franks Grill on Telephone Road opened in 1963 by my neighbors Frank and Bertha Mae Jones of Glenbrook Valley, Houston. I washed dishes on opening day and my mother "Pipsy" was the cashier. Frank greeted every customer personally with a smile. Bertha Mae baked the best homemade pies in the world, all from scratch. For breakfast you got a half a plate of hashbrowns with 2 sausage patties and 2 eggs. Add coffee all for under $3 Dollars. I ate there most of my life and is still good today.“

“Mrs Elsa that works here is very friendly and nice, she's always in a good mood and smiling when I come in. The food is delicious, the kolaches are great but I especially love the spinach and feta or strawberry and cream kolache that they have. Also they have Vietnamese iced coffee which you can't just get anywhere, and it uses cafe du monde coffee to give it that authentic flavor. The only complaint is that I'm getting fat since I work in this area. 😆

“THESE FRIES ARE SO DOGGONE GOOD, and I am not a French fry fan. And this bacon cheeseburger is on point. Next stop - Peach Cobbler...UPDATE: THIS is what Peach Cobbler is supposed to taste like - flavors are balanced, not too sweet and A LOT OF REAL CRUST!!!“

“Went during a breakfast rush while waiting for our dog to get treated at a nearby vet's office. The parking lot and dining room were packed, and there were servers galore zipping around like bees in a beehive. We worried at first, but they fit us right in like pros. And we stuffed ourselves silly and wanted to hibernate instead of go back to the vet! Clean restrooms too. This is comfort food and comfort environment.“
