“The food and the service was excellent. This is what we've come to expect from any Ronnie Killen restaurant. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and the appetizers and sides were great as usual. The customers we brought to dinner said those were the best steaks they had ever eaten. And they'll be back tonight with another vendor. As usual, the carrot cake was off the charts delicious. “Today was a nice day and I decided to go to Mikkis for my Seniors dinner. When I arrived a staff member opened the door for me. Then the lines was not jammed. My order was placed and the staff were prompt in responding. The turkey wings are fall off the bone good. The gravy is just the right consistency. The mashed potatoes are so creamy and delicious. The cabbage is fresh and sweet as candy. The yams, my goodness, can anyone do yams like this restaurant. Absolutely not. The cornbread is such a good texture, it is almost like cake. The staff has changed to a more friendly and polite team. Always enjoy my visits here.“

The crab boil was probably overcooked since the crab did not come out easily. There was also 1 cluster that was old (like skin was soft and meat tasted off). They gave us a taste of one of their appetizers which smelled amazing. The rest of the food was good and plenty.“

Our server, Kimberly was so compassionate, kind, and respectful. She was absolutely excellent in all areas of value customer service delivery. I spoke with the General Manager about the excellent service we received from Kimberly and WOW!!!
The General Manager was equally as kind. I highly recommend Longhorn Steakhouse, the food is always delicious and the lunch menue prices are affordable for retired seniors. I give this location a million gold stars. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟“

“I heard through the grapevine that Italiano's had the best lasagna in the area.
It was made with ground beef, not Italian sausage and the sauce was uneventful. With that said, they had enough cheeses to make up for that, somewhat. (fwiw, I've been exposed to authentic Italian in multiple stages of my life - even variations).
I'm giving the place 4 stars because we had two entrees, a slice of cake for desert and non-alcoholic drinks and the bill was only $35. You can't do a whole lot better than that.
We'll be going back again.“

“I had the pleasure of attending a lunch today at this restaurant that, on the surface, merely looked like a restaurant in a strip center. I was impressed! I had Chicken Saltimbocca which turned out to be the BEST Italian dish I’ve ever had— anywhere! The atmosphere was outstanding, the service was impeccable and this dish was mind-blowing. This is a destination dish and restaurant. Pearland is 50 miles from where I live BUT I shall return!!“

It was my fault I should have asked if the coleslaw was gluten-free but I never in my life would expect ramen noodles in my coleslaw. So if you are gluten-free make sure to ask or let them know.“

“We came late afternoon on a Saturday so it was pretty quiet. We were seated immediately, our server Devon was great! Appetizers came out quick and everything was delicious. The onion rings are YUMMY and the portion was huge! We didn’t order any wings, but all of our entrees were really good. The margarita shrimp tacos are highly recommended with the bacon cheddar burger coming in a close second. Beer was cold, tea was sweet and we will definitely be back!“

Christina usually is our server and she is great, but she was not working that day and Savannah did a great job serving us. I did have to come back because I saw my jealous eyes on a full stomach saw someone else's ribeye. You can see my point, can't you? I couldn't get by without a breakfast burrito, the best I had in my life because there was not too much potato, and the potato it did have was both soft and crispy somehow. I had never had a buffalo burger before. After thanking God that buffaloes have revived as a species enough that we can make burgers out of them, I discovered that it isn't discernibly different than beef. The shrimp po' boy did not escape me, half gone already in the pic. It was my deepest regret to drive out on a Sunday, when they were closed. I had to go to online church to handle the disappointment (that's a joke, although I did go to online church afterwards). It was even sadder that my schedule would not permit a revisit in my last two days. Eats Mesquite Grill. I love you.“
