“I had such a wonderful experience here today! As a very early postpartum mom running on little sleep, I accidentally placed my order at the wrong Willie’s location. When I finally made it to the right one and explained my mistake, the Hwy 151 team kindly remade my food so I wouldn’t have to eat something that had been sitting for a while — all without me even asking. This small act of kindness meant so much. I told my baby that day that when you can, offer people as much grace as possible and be kind — because you never know what someone might be going through. “Good service. I think when I ordered I spoke too low and didn’t get the bacon in my burger. When I asked about why my burger had no bacon they immediately remedied it in the QUICKEST way possible, by just giving me the bacon. I appreciate this because they didn’t give me any pushback but of course I was being honest and they could see that. Either way, I appreciate the girl at the register and what seemed to be the manager (young man with the tattoos.) Great people!“

“My fiancé and I sat at the bar and enjoyed a wonderful experience with an amazing bartender who was enthusiastic and well kept and did a great job. Food, and atmosphere was all excellent. My experience however, was soured when another (slightly disheveled looking), bartender came up after our original bartender finished for the evening. I asked him to make me a hot toddy. He explained to me that he only had access to cold tea and could not make me a hot toddy. That does not fly with me when I can order food from the bar. The bar should be able to get some hot water from the kitchen to make me a hot toddy. I was annoyed and promptly asked for the check paid and left.“
