Sonic Drive-In offers a mixed experience. Some customers enjoy the friendly service and teamwork of the staff. The teens that work here are nice about correcting mistakes. Service is slow but food has been hot and fresh. One customer had to wait at least 5 minutes to place an order. However, others have faced issues with incorrect food orders. Despite these inconsistencies, the restaurant's service quality and food standards vary among visits. On a recent visit, the line cooks made a perfect order with crispy and fluffy tots and an immaculate garlic bacon burger with perfectly cooked onions.
