“My family has been going to Baris since it opened in 1997 when we lived in Pflugerville. My youngest son turned 21 and requested Baris for his birthday last night. We haven't been for a few years as we moved about 30 minutes away. It was so much fun visiting an old fave. Food quality is amazing, the menu hasn't changed and we were delighted to see the daughter that was bussing tables as a kid is now running the restaurant. Such a local gem. Thank you Brianna for your hospitality last night!“

“The staff is so nice. I got the sliders(2) this second time I was here for HH and they're very decently priced(along with the rest of the HH) and they're really good. The first time i was here, I had the short ribs which were "off menu" but that was cooked perfectly as well. The bar area is huge, I do know it can get packed later in the night!“

“Really cool place, and more importantly, amazing staff. My partner and I came over after eating at little deli, mainly because I really wanted the Basque cheesecake. After sitting down with our wine a staff member came over to tell us they were out of cheesecake for the day and offered an alternative. Then she comped the desserts which was not necessary at all. I wish I had gotten her name, but she is a gem.

The chocolate cake was good, the wine was better, and the vibes were immaculate. My partner and I will be back.... hopefully before they run out of cheesecake this time.“

“Enjoyed stopping in while on the wait list for the restaurant next door. Very nice place and friendly staff. I tried the Pinot Noir and the Riesling. Both were great but I bought two bottles of the Pinot noir to take back to Georgia with me! Neat spot“

“Nice neighborhood restaurant with good food choices. My husband and I met friends for an early dinner for us to catch up. The restaurant had not filled up quite yet and we could have good conversation where we could hear each other. Our waitress was great, the food was coursed perfectly and was delicious. The restaurant is clean and the decor is nice. We will definitely go back.“

“I hosted a small vendor Pop•Up there this past Fri night, and it was a blast! Great service— and fast! Such a cozy atmosphere, definitely should be your neighborhood spot if you live in Round Rock! The Pepperoni Flatbread is super tasty, and such an amazing array of wines to go with it! Perfect if you have a Girls Night, Date Night, or social Meetup!“

“Went to the Cedar Park location and had a great experience! The food was brought out quickly & was delicious. The manager even came to check on us after receiving our food and brought us a dessert too since it was our first visit here. Hospitality was superb and we’ll definitely be back!“

“Family friends and our family have eaten at Gusto two times in the last month and a half. Everything was terrific. First visit we had the fritto misto (3 orders) and everyone got a different entree. From the meatballs to lasagna to branzino to pizza. And everyone was happy! Followed by a little dessert (tiramisu and panna cotta) and espresso martinis, one with Baileys added. Second visit almost more of the same. Delicious! And it is so lovely that they take reservations.

The wait staff was super attentive both times. Shout out to Conner, though I forgot our main waiter's name on the second visit.

“I’m in town for work for a few months and this has quickly become my favorite spot. It’s pricey, but worth every penny! Frank is amazing, he always greets me with a smile, I look forward to seeing him when I come in! The food is amazing and I never have to wait very long for it. Wide variety of wines to choose from! Beautiful outdoor seating, but indoor is also available! Love it here!“

“Great evening. Just what we needed after a grueling day on I-35. Great wine list. Delicious salad of mixed greens exemplifies the Italian notion of perfection in simplicity. Great pizza with just the right amount of char on the delicious crust. Service was friendly and knowledgeable.“

“We had the most amazing dinner at the Water Trough! Our waiter was attentive and friendly, and the manager Bobby is so nice and fun as well. Great places to sit inside and outside. We loved the atmosphere with great vibe, live music (very talented guitarist and singer) that was a great volume, nice for the atmosphere but wasn’t too loud so you can still enjoy conversation. When it got windy it was a bit chilly and they turned on these beautiful outdoor gas fires that made it nice and warm.

And the food was delicious! We got quesadillas, chicken fried steak and the pear/buratta/cherry tomato salad and would highly recommend all of these dishes. We’ll definitely be back!“
