“We just moved to the area from St Louis and a neighbor recommended Mel's. This was our first restaurant out as new Texans and was not disappointed! We've been several times, each time trying something new. Haven't been disappointed yet! So happy to have a restaurant we can become regulars at that is family owned. Our boys' faces light up when we say we're having Mel's for dinner!!“

“Have seen this place for years but, never stopped. Thought we would try it. Nice setting, don’t understand turtles, but love the cool wooded area. Good was nothing special. 1 soda, 2 teas and 3 sort of sandwiches was $55.00. Found it not worth the money.“

“Not only are the dishes home made tasting but I had dropped my mom to go box on the floor and they came back with a fresh cooked one. The waitress said well she hardly ate any of it. Where can you get that kind of service?? Definitely recommend this restaurant. Service was not slow.“

“We went for breakfast and the food came in a timely fashion. It is self service, you order at the counter and they bring everything to you but you refill your own coffee and drinks. My kids had fun watching the planes take off. Very calm atmosphere and the people here are very friendly. Will definitely be back, maybe for lunch and try their menu then.“

“My husband and I visited the Katy location on Valentine's Day. At first, I was a little taken back by what the hostess and the manager/owner were wearing. Because it was supposed to be a nice steakhouse, I assumed they would've been dressed nicer rather than shorts and what looked like a Hawaiian shirt. However, the food and the service were phenomenal. The pecan butter was amazing. I had the filet mignon and it was cooked to perfection. Our server was very attentive, funny and made us feel very taken care of. I highly recommend this place…“

“Great little neighborhood place for lunch, even if you don't golf. Service and staff are excellent. Try Paul's Creation. It's a bacon cheeseburger on a salad. You get plenty of protein without the extra carbs, and it tastes great.“

“I have really been looking forward to going to this restaurant but after reading December reviews it appears something happened during that month and I think I'll wait to see reviews from January before I decide. I love the ambiance of the place the fact that it's small and cozy and the menu appealed it to me but if the execution, service and availability is not there then what fronted out as an excellent experience leaves a bad taste on the end. I really hope to read that things have turned around since your last reviews. And do bear in mind that I know that people might complain for reasons that have nothing to do with the restaurant however that being said if they took the time to post it on the site I'm going to keep it in my mind until I read differently. “It was my turn to host a luncheon group of 10 ladies. I chose Eden Table because of a wonderful past group experience as well as many meals just me and my husband. They were very accommodating with my requests and the waiter, Alex, was great! Gaby checked on us to make sure all was well. Definitely recommend for a small or large gathering! The food is fantastic!“

“I'm so glad I didnt let a few negative reviews stop my wife and I from going to this spot. After visiting Old Town Tomball for the first time and walking around we decided to check this place out and we were so not disappointed. Morgan our waitress was so sweet and personable and even though they were short staffed and pretty busy I never felt unattended to. She gave perfect customer service simple as that. The grub was delicious! I am not sure what batter they use to fry the fried Pickles but holy hell were they addictive! We had the Hickory burger and the Brie burger as well and I have absolutely no complaints. We will definitely be back to try some of the homemade desserts as well but we were wayyyyy to full for it today heh. 10 out of 10 experience !“

“My first visit to Craft Grill impressed me! My daughter had recommended it so I took her there for an early dinner. Because the weather was good, we dined outside. I tried the shrimp and grits to compare it to what I make myself at home. It was an interesting change using gouda instead of cheddar which gives it a very different flavor that I found good. Their appetizer, a mixed sampler, was also quite good.
Overall, I was quite impressed and look forward to trying something else the next time I go there. BTW, the wait staff was also very helpful even considering he had had to deal with a food allergy reaction at another table he was serving.“

“Went to tailgators today for the worst service a restaurant could offer leave you sitting 15 minutes with nothing to drink after telling tailgators staff what l wanted to drink 15 to 20 minutes later nothing and this is not the first time at this location so l got up and left no service l told the manager l was going to save him the comp. Because the last time I was in tailgators it took an hour to be served after we ordered so they comp one meal l just saved tailgators the embarrassment!!Service is a joke!“
