How sad that this business with such great food has closed so many stores and cut offerings in the ones still open.
We picked up 3 half chickens, and they were out of sides, and corn bread at5pm, I don't understand why at the peak of dinner. When the food arrived, I noticed the spinach, and macaroni had water on them, thr cream of spinach was like runny soup! The chicken had no FLAVOR, IT WAS DRY. We live 45 minutes away, and we don't want to go back until we speak with manager, and no one is answering!
The poor employees are still working under these awful conditions. I’ve heard the AC has not been fixed for a long time now and that is seriously dangerous to their health. Despite the major issue that needs to be fixed, the workers are very friendly and nice and the service was great. Texas summer is already above 100 degrees and I cannot imagine being around the kitchen and inside with heat like that. Please do something!
Boston Market's friendly and nice employees provide great service despite working under challenging conditions, including a broken air conditioning system. The team efficiently serves customers, but the heat can be unbearable, especially during Texas summers. The restaurant has ample parking and is wheelchair accessible.
