Located inside the Mitsuwa Marketplace (just W of I-75 at Legacy), this is a ramen noodle shop with good kuro tonkotsu and shio ramen (both with either chicken or pork). It's part of their food court of restaurant eats.

It provides a variety of dishes to choose from. The taste is fairly decent. I'm not a ramen fan, so I usually order the chasyu bowl of the karage bowl. On the occasion I will order the buns, which are equally as delicious.
Best ramen I have had in DFW area. Really flavorful. And it is just a little stand in a food court but it is the best.
