The Lady cleaning the bathrooms just went off on me for walk-in to blow my nose. Sorry the weather has me down Kroger. I was friendly when I waited at your deli counter for 5 minutes. I was friendly when trying out over 5 karts to push. One finally worked. Were done

I just ordered 16 items for home delivery, but only received 9 of the items. So if you can only deliver 56% of my order then I think the delivery fee and tip should be decreased by 44%. Why should you get paid the full amount for only doing part of the requested job?
