In the past week, I’ve visited the Coit location in Plano twice. Both times I’ve had unresolved issues. Today, I went into the restaurant to report my concern to the on duty manager, Christina. On 09/04/23, I went thru the drive thru and order the Caniac Combo with no coleslaw and no toast, but with extra fries. I repeated my order 4 times. 3 times at the drive thru kiosk and once at the window. I even had the crew members repeat my order back to me and they still got it wrong....read full review
First time eating at Raising Cane’s. The Box Combo was delicious and I love the Cane’s sauce. Friendly staff and quick service at the Plano, TX location. 💖
