The cashier was amazing!!!! Yair, fixed my problem with kindness and patience!! Absolutely great customer service!! My boys even said that he had great service when they went inside to buy frosting he even gave them a sample of vanilla and chocolate to see which one they wanted!! He is all about pleasing the guest and makes everyone leave with a smile!!! Thank you YAIR!!!
Food was not bad, but the service was amazing and quick. A lot better than McDonalds because unlike McDonalds, Wendy's doesn't rob their customers midday.
Dining room dirty, soda fountain out of almost everything.

Wendy's, a popular fast-food restaurant, offers a varied dining experience across its locations. The staff at the Spring Creek/Alma and Preston Rd. branches in Plano are praised for their friendliness, customer-oriented approach, and efficient service, particularly in the drive-thru. The food, including the honey chicken biscuit and fresh breakfast items, is well-received. Customers appreciate the quality of the beef, which is described as "legit and without additives," making it a safe choice even for feeding pets. The food is consistently fast, hot, and mostly accurate, though customers note the importance of requesting fresh, hot fries for the best experience. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant's rewards program provides additional incentives for return visits. While the Coit Rd./Legacy and Custer/Parker Rd. locations have received mixed reviews, the overall dining experience at Wendy's is generally positive, with the Spring Creek/Alma and Preston Rd. branches standing out for their exceptional service and quality.
