“We were so relieved to find this Subway location after our terrible experience on North Padre. An employee named Traci was so efficient and despite being super busy was friendly and very efficient getting our sandwiches made very quickly with minimal wait. This location is also very clean and the quality of the fresh veggies was a nice surprise. We definitely anticipate being regulars here.“

“We had a big order and my FIL messed up the order and corrected it, the lady who took our order was polite,patient and still got the order correct after he changed it even we were confused but she nailed it!! The food was hot hot and spot on!“

Every time I ask for just choc DQ I get vanilla with cone dip. if you guys don't have chocolate DQ you should tell costumers! instead of charging me $.29 for cone dip. “Tonight's bread on every sandwich was over cooked and rock hard! Returned to have remade. The employee took my receipts and 5 footlong sandwiches and threw them away! 3club and 2 Philly steak. Only replaced one out the whole order. Employee refused to look at the sandwiches or the receipts to replace the order. Horrible service! The employee needs to be fired. No excuse.

Update... manager Karen did give me a full refund she was very sweet and understanding.“

“We came in to order a meal after a beautiful day at the beach, the lady immediately greeted us and welcomed us to the restaurant. We don't usually go to places like this so we were somewhat confused on how best to order for two people. The lady, Aurora was kind and patient, she expressed genuine appreciation for us visiting and gave exceptional service.

The employees here are kind to each other and care for one another. They are working as a team and are doing a great job. We enjoyed the food, it was great quality and very hot. We will come back every chance we get when we return to PA.

This team is united and an opportunity should be given to them to demonstrate their willingness to provide great service and great tasting food.“
