They're always out of something! No rice, no buns, no ingredients to make certain things, not even ice for a cup of water. We definitely will stick to the one on Gilham Circle, we never have these issues there. Don't even get a friendly welcome.
The food is good BUT they stop taking call in orders at 7 pm. so if you call between 630 and 7, they will most likely keep you on hold until the cutoff time (and then refuse to take your order because it is after 7 when they get back to you) or they will not answer your call at all. This happened to me twice so I know it's not just an odd thing that happened. I have never encountered this anywhere else that I have ordered food. Was given a raw $100 thanksgiving turkey that they made us wait over an hour for even though it was ordered a week in advance. Turkey was dry and soggy after having to finish cooking it. Complete waste of money, definitely cook your own turkey!
