“Love love love this place! First time trying sushi was here, and I’ve been hooked since!“

“Ohana has a really nice Japanese feel to it. The traditional decor and the smell coming from the kitchen made the place feel welcoming right away. The staff were friendly and always had a smile.

I ordered the Shoyu Ramen with soy broth, pork belly, scallions, bamboo, diced onions, and an egg. The broth was the star for me. It had this deep, savory flavor with a little sweetness underneath, almost like the soy had been cooked down into something richer. Warm, comforting, and full of umami without tasting too salty. Every sip had that roasted, almost earthy depth that made me want to keep drinking it.

The pork belly was ridiculously tender. Soft, juicy, and rich, with just enough fat to make it melt in my mouth. The egg was creamy and silky in the middle, and the bamboo and onions added some crunch and freshness to break everything up. Simple, warm, and really satisfying. This was exactly what I wanted from a bowl of ramen.“

“It was my first time coming to this place, my server Evelyn was very attentive and patient as I wasn’t sure what I wanted and she even made good suggestions. Fast service and friendly attitude. It made my first time trying this place very pleasant. Food was good! I tried the California sushi roll and the beef bulgogi. The miso soup was also a 10/10! definitely recommend this place and shoutout to the young lady she’s doing a great job!“

“This Vietnamese restaurant is by far the best in DFW area!! Their food is wonderful no matter what you order, I have been going to this restaurant for several years and I like to try other Vietnamese restaurants in the Metroplex but this place is a standout!! The crab legs were the absolute highlight, though. Fantastic dessert selection too—the real question is, what didn't they have? On top of the food, the space is super cute, the service was on point (they cleared dirty plates right away), and the pricing is surprisingly affordable.
