What truly stood out was their willingness to go above and beyond by accommodating a special request that added a personal touch to our cocktail hour - something they didn’t have to do, but it made the day even more meaningful. “We got the bbq fries, sausage, brisket, street corn, mac n cheese, and apple pie. The bbq was very soft and tender! Tasted good on its own and accompanied by the sauces. Portioned and priced very fairly. Service was excellent, the girl taking orders at 3:00 on 9/6 was very friendly and patient.”

“bad experience negative staff after talking to manage no better. was mad that no tip was left. i never knew u had to leave a tip and if u didn't u would be confronted on it. i know they don,t make 2.37 hour but u should never take it out on a paying customer. owner need to pay their workers a living wage. they made me and mine family feel so bad we will never eat there again and how could we the fear of the staff.”

“What a shame, letting Managers assault fellow employees, then refuse to make Him available to talk to. Then have Your Father, also a Manager & store owner of Sonic Drive-In to call & tell the Police that they will not be talking to His Son (the suspect and co-manager). Then brag about what You did to fellow workers, friends, & family. Corruption must run pretty deep when all managers from Assistant Manager to District Manager have to cover it up. Guess Corporate is the only Managers that are over Their heads have the common sense to know Corruption & Cover ups. It is sad though how many other employees have been harassed & assaulted, & not only the ones that work at this location, but at the Hooks & New Boston stores as well. If so innocent, look at this”

“I'm an overnight worker, so I came here to eat. The guy behind the counter, Jacob, was so awesome, Hilarious, made the whole experience super comfortable. Especially, since I have social anxiety, hence why I work overnights. This dude came in with the energy, the communication skills, absolutely emaculate professionalism. Lost a star due to the socializing with another employee (I guess, he was in the kitchen, got 2 drinks and left). Socializing meant cook got my order wrong, and he took the order. Asked if I wanted fries, tots or onion rings. I got soggy fries instead of tots. They were meant to be reheated later. Fries don't reheat well in the microwave. Big Rig parking next door!”
