“This was my first time having East African food so I was a bit nervous walking in but excited for an adventure! I asked the waiter for advice. They were really friendly and excited to share their favorite food with someone new. They asked me questions about what I liked, and what I’m game to try.

I had a large portion of spicy lamb and small portions of several vegetables. I’m not sure if it directly lined up to a menu item but less than $20 seemed fair, it was all tasty, and I hope to have some more soon!“

We had the Abula, rice and beans with Lafenwa stew, pepper soup, and yam with sauce, and every single dish was outstanding. My guests could not stop raving about the food throughout the event. In fact, some of my out-of-town guests loved it so much that they went back the very next day because they couldn't get enough! The flavors were authentic, the food was beautifully prepared, and the service was excellent. Thank you for making my event so memorable. Reserving that special day with them was easy and we were so happy with how everything turned out! “First time in and absolutely enjoyed every bite. Authentic African cuisine with the most gracious hospitality. The portion size was enough to get a carry out, leave satisfied and full. After getting home later my jollof was just as good as the 1st round.“

“The best Ethiopian food we had!! But dont come if you cant stand hookah...everyone else except us was smoking hookah in the room. Also I do notice they chargerd 1-2 dollars more compared to the menue price, but consider the huge potion. All good.“

In ANY African, Asian, Indian, or Latin restaurant, white rice comes standard with the dish and you pay for additional/different rice. Why would I just want oxtails and gravy?“
