“I’m someone who really enjoys East African food and I could not be more satisfied with Dallul. I am so thankful I found this place and would highly recommend anyone viewing it to give it a try. I’m vegetarian and got the vegetarian combo, it had four of their vegetarian dishes and I loved it, so if that’s your thing, that’s a great one. The manager/owner was very friendly. I got takeout but I definitely will be eating inside next time I’m here. I’m not from the area but next time I’m here it’ll be top choice for me!
Vegetarian options: There is a strong variety of vegetarian dishes“

“We ordered oxtails and rice, lamb dibbo and rice, both are good. I only suggest that they update prices on the web site since they don't have to go menus available. To pay 50.00 expecting to pay half of that according to menus prices. But the food is good.“

“I visited this spot n was delighted. It was nice clean n the owner was so polite n friendly.. I returned a day later with my sister. We have been going at least once a week every since. My only problem was/is the amount of food. The bowl is to small.“

“Purely, this is the best West African food I have ever had outside the shore of Africa. Portions are very reasonable, the soup very yummy and the folks working there gave us the best service of any I have ever received from Miami to New York, to LA this is by far the best restaurant I've been to. Anytime we are in Dallas, you for sure have our business. Authentically West African!“

“First time trying Ethiopian food! I have always wanted to try Injera bread and the veggies combo was delicious - my fave was the collar greens, the yellow potatoes, and the cabbage. My husband ordered the other plate and liked the soupy flavor but didn't think it was lamb, it was goat.“

“The food was great. I had Okra soup with pounded yam. It was well cooked and spicy enough. What wasn't good was the service from the waitress Ashley. She never came back to the table to see if anything else was needed. I did say the food was spicy, right?? She just walked around on her phone. My ticket actually had a $6 gratuity but Ashley was not worth a tip at all. If you go and eat there and Ashely is your waitress, get another one!!“
