“This was my first time having East African food so I was a bit nervous walking in but excited for an adventure! I asked the waiter for advice. They were really friendly and excited to share their favorite food with someone new. They asked me questions about what I liked, and what I’m game to try.

I had a large portion of spicy lamb and small portions of several vegetables. I’m not sure if it directly lined up to a menu item but less than $20 seemed fair, it was all tasty, and I hope to have some more soon!“

“I visited this spot n was delighted. It was nice clean n the owner was so polite n friendly.. I returned a day later with my sister. We have been going at least once a week every since. My only problem was/is the amount of food. The bowl is to small.“

“So I went to brunch today and ordered the shrimp and grits and it was good but let me tell you how phenomenal my server was! Ding was her name and she constantly came to my table and made sure everything was great. She was attentive, communicated very well and was well informed about the menu options. I would definitely come back just because of her attitude.“

“Food was decent. It came out really fast but there also were no customers at the time. It did bother me that my oxtails didnt come with rice. In ANY African, Asian, Indian, or Latin restaurant, white rice comes standard with the dish and you pay for additional/different rice. Why would I just want oxtails and gravy?“
