“This location offers a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. We enjoyed the quarter bird plus a wing at first level of “hot”. I recommend at least a little heat to enhance the flavor. There are options for kids as well, such as nuggets and tenders. Powerade + lemonade + sprite = Baja blast without the massive sugar.“

“Food and drive thru are always great but customer experience was lacking today. Had a good size carry out order for the office today and I FAILED to check bags before leaving. Arrived back at office, unloaded the items and delivered the contents to all 9 staff members. Once complete and all empty bags were disposed of, I was missing 3 cookies. Most days not worth the trip back, but I didn't want to fail this employee that ordered them. I returned and advised the manager. Manager walks down the line and gets cookies while discussing something with another employee. On his return, I was advised that the employee was certain they added the cookies and that "this time" I would be allowed to have the replacement cookies. A solid implication I was not telling the truth. Any common sense by someone that's entrusted to manage an office of that scope, it's unlikely a customer is going to take food all the way back to their office, give an office full of people their food, let their food get cold and come back to con Chik Fil A out of 3 cookies. Chalk it up to a busy afternoon lunch rush. The cliche customer is always right is not always the case by any means, but management should be better prepared to avoid implying a customer is lying under these types of circumstances.“
