“Today was my first day of getting to go and try the food. I’ve been wanting to visit for quite some time so my husband and I went on a lunch date. We got the tacos, the loaded potato, the elotes, and the jalapeño poppers. Everything on the menu looked amazing so we had to try a little bit of each. Next time I will be getting the sandwich because the tacos were really dry. Everything else was amazing. Bad choice for my first time eating there, as I passed everyone having a sandwich I wished I would’ve ordered one cause they really looked good. I can’t wait to go back and try something new and the bread pudding. I will stick to the meat and sides. It’s a no for me on the brisket tacos.“

“We found TCP Catering after our initial caterer closed down. Scott was extremely warm and welcoming. With only 2 months before the wedding, he very quickly got us scheduled for a tasting, reassuring us that even if it has been a week before the wedding he wouldve made sure we didnt go without. We LOVED the food at the tasting and Scott was so accommodating to make sure we stayed around our budget, and when we mentioned family and friends who had dietary restrictions he was more than willing to accommodate. We got married last night and to say I was blown away with everything would be a complete disservice to TCP Catering. Not only did they make the most delicious food for my guests, the presentation of the hors d’oeuvres was top notch, it made my guests feel like they were at a next level soiree! The only regret I have is not finding a way over to Mallory and her team to thank them in person!! Thank you TCP Catering!“

“Hands down the best African dining experience I’ve ever had!
From the moment we walked in, the warmth hit us like a Lagos breeze. The lady that received us was so kind and helped us with our order, explaining every dish. The owner (I’m assuming the legendary Chef Temii herself) greeted us with the biggest smile and treated us like family returning home after years away. That level of genuine hospitality is rare these days.
Now, the food… oh my goodness. Where do I even start?
• The jollof rice is straight-up sorcery: smoky, perfectly spiced, with that irresistible bottom crust (pot of gold). I could eat buckets of it.
• Egusi soup with pounded yam? Life-changing. Rich, nutty, packed with flavor, and the pounded yam was silky-smooth, like it was made by angels.
• We also tried the puff-puff for dessert and they came out piping hot, fluffy inside, crisp outside, dusted with just the right amount of sugar. I almost ordered a second plate to take home.
Portions are incredibly generous, everything tastes fresh and homemade, and you can feel the love in every bite.
If you’ve never had West African food before, this is the place to start. If you grew up on it, this will transport you straight back to Mama’s kitchen (maybe even better). Chef Temii is a treasure, the staff are absolute sweethearts, and the vibes are immaculate.
I’m already planning my next visit… and the one after that. Run, don’t walk!

Antoine Hedary was so nice and gracious - so worth the money for the amount of food you get and holds up to great restaurant standard of food! No one complained about anything they got all kept raving about the food! Great food for a great price !“
