“I like the food. Fajita tacos, by the truck load. Just like off the food truck. The green salsa is great. Want something a little more try the red. The enchiladas use a red sauce and not a chili, but the cheese enchiladas are still good. Can soda or Bottle coke, no fountain drinks. The building is a 40 year old taco bell, had friends who worked there back in the day.“

“Rusty Taco is one of our favorites for date night. Super friendly staff and great food. Plus you get a punch card for free tacos. The menu is wide so there is something for everyone. Breakfast to Philly steak to fish and everything in between. They also have the juiciest limes ever. There limes are the juiciest, but lately they have been a bit dry, it’s okay though things happen.“

“I do recommend JJ's the food is tasty but....I walked in on a friday after work around 3:30..I always sit at the bar I was shocked to see the whole bar area was dirty and the floor was sticky! I'm a regular at this location on Tarrant Parkway and have always enjoyed the food and the margaritas....I almost turned around and walked out so disappointed! oh, one other thing, when I order food I always have to ask for silverware! I myself have worked in the food industry years ago, I do know the dirty dishes should be picked up when customers are done eating, this helps to keep the area clean even if you are busy which in this case the bar wouldn't be full of dirty dishes and I'm not exaggerating...it was the whole bar area!“

“Torchys is always consistently good. Today we went for happy hour and sat at the bar. The Democrat and Steak fajita tacos were excellent and the green chile queso is worth the trip. We also enjoyed a delicious house made margarita and draft beer. Service was especially good and is what instigated this 5-star review. Hallie, our bartender and server was so sweet and attentive, letting us sample a few beers and catering to our high maintenance request….very personable! We will be back!“

First time there and he immediately welcomed us with open arms and went through the menu with us explaining popular items, specials etc. He was incredibly patient with us and treated us like family. “We came into this gas station to get some drinks and saw this taco spot and decided to check it out. I ordered a torta de Pastor and my boyfriend got a breakfast burrito. The food was so delicious. Torta bread was toasted perfectly, pastor was so flavorful! And their salsa was one of the best salsas I have had in a while! Definitely impressed and will come back!“

“We have been eating at la Isla for 30 years. Mainly the Park Row and Cooper location and when they moved to Pantene we followed them there. We have sampled the menu widely but I am centered on the tostada de Ceviche for a start. Then the sour cream chicken enchilada plate. We love the rice and beans and I love to put some of the delicious salsa on them. My wife usually gets either the fajitas or the tacos Al carbon. The chips and salsa are great too. Moderately priced as well. Give them a try.“

On a SATURDAY night.... had me slightly suspect... but I checked the reviews and it had 4 stars so I had to try it.
