Recently returned to try the Italian beef and sausage combo since it's now on the menu. Also, fries are cooked in beef tallow. It's a hit! Drive thru was extremely fast, and staff was friendly. Tastes just like I'm in the Chi. Upped rating for 4 to 5 stars.
Tastes just like the Portillos I remember, but they dont have my favorite order- beef and italian sausage combo. Super sad face. Glad they are here, hope they bring italian sausage to the menu in Houston. Drive-thru looks like it moves decently fast. Line was not long. Employees are friendly and efficient, someone even offered to take my tray and trash. Is it life-changing? No, but it certainly is nostalgic. Now, I can’t wait for Garrett’s to open at the airport :-)“

“The customer service here is TOP NOTCH! We ordered through the drive through and forgot to check everything. We noticed an item was missing when we got home (which can happen at any restaurant, no big deal). We called back and instead of letting us come back to get it Mr. Riley INSISTED he bring it to us himself! Going out of his way to keep us happy shows just how dedicated 9er’s BBQ is to providing the best experience possible. The food is very delicious. Can’t recommend them enough.“
“My brother recommended this place so I decided to stop by. I got the sausage and brisket plate which came with beans and potato salad. The sausage was juicy and full of flavor, and the brisket was so tender! My daughter is very picky but she could not stop eating it. I will be back.“

“Delicious and perfect food. They have great service and the nicest team i have ever met. They always make sure to attend to you immediately and when they mess up on your order they are so kind about it. They fix the problem immediately and apologize a lot for it. One of my favorite waiters is Grant. He is so attentive and is always on task. The whole team is really kind though. It is a calm environment and I definitely recommend Chili's!!“

“Highly recommend Red's Grill! Just had a double cheese burger w/ fried egg and 1st bite had me sold! Patty was seasoned to perfection unlike lots of the bland/skimpy burgers around, quality beef, great buns flavor in every bite! And great service. We’ll definitely be back“
