“I attended their Grand Opening on October 16, 2021. The wait in area was very neat and clean. My daughter and I ordered the Crab cake platter and for dessert the Stuffed Cheesecake. Those crab cakes melted in my mouth, and the sauce that come with it was a perfect match to this dish. Light buttery flakey crab!! YUUMMM. The dessert was so good. I loved how flavorful it was and hot. Please if you are in the Bellaire area you have to try them out. They care about people and want to make sure you are satisfied with all of the food. There are very few Chefs in this world that actually care about the quality of their food. You will not be dissapointed with Palate Fusion!!!“
“I live quite a way from here but I have been going there for years and a lot of my as well it’s with out a doubt the best I have had since I been hunting it’s maybe one of our best kept secrets if you haven’t been there before . I still don’t know how Nicole can keep up with things she knows you buy first name even if she hasn’t seen you in years 5 star for sure“
“I like Shultzes BBQ. They are the best in the area by far. Never had a problem with quality or service AND it is the cleanest run restaurant I have ever seen. (I have been in the kitchen during and after working hours several times servicing their equipment).If you want real Family Owned Texas BBQ this is the place.A bit pricey but I think it's worth it.Parking: Good and plenty.“
“First time here and we got the marble brisket with Mac and cheese and green beans. Brisket was a little peppery for my liking and the Mac and cheese kind of bland but overall not bad. Staff is super friendly and I love the atmosphere and country vibes.“
