“I stopped in last minute for a takeout meal and was glad I did. The service was friendly, and based on the cashier’s recommendation, I went with the two chicken tender meal with fries. While I had requested no pickles, my order did still come with them, which was a small miss.

By the time I got home, the fries were still crispy, and the sauce complemented both the tenders and fries really well. The chicken tenders themselves were large, flavorful, and had a nice spicy kick, while the fries were well-seasoned and plentiful.

Initially, I thought the price was on the higher side, but given the portion sizes and quality, it felt reasonable in the end. Since the pickles were placed on the toast, I decided to pass on that, but overall the meal was satisfying and worth the stop.“

Recently returned to try the Italian beef and sausage combo since it's now on the menu. Also, fries are cooked in beef tallow. It's a hit! Drive thru was extremely fast, and staff was friendly. Tastes just like I'm in the Chi. Upped rating for 4 to 5 stars.

Tastes just like the Portillos I remember, but they dont have my favorite order- beef and italian sausage combo. Super sad face. Glad they are here, hope they bring italian sausage to the menu in Houston. Drive-thru looks like it moves decently fast. Line was not long. Employees are friendly and efficient, someone even offered to take my tray and trash. Is it life-changing? No, but it certainly is nostalgic. Now, I can’t wait for Garrett’s to open at the airport :-)“

“This was my first time taking the kids to DQ & also my first time ever eating at a DQ. We stopped by because my son’s friend told him about a promo on their blizzards so we decided to take a little car ride to get blizzards. While we weren’t able to use the promo because he didn’t get all the details, they guy who was taking the drive-thru orders was honestly one of the nicest amd friendliest staff members at a fast food restaurant (aside from CFA) that I have ever encountered. “I had an AMAZING experience at MOD last night. I was greeted by a young man named Shaun “Bubba” McDowell, and he was AMAZING. He made a great pizza, made great conversation, and even sat with me after his shift was over. The pizza was amazing and so delicious. Fast service & kindness from the employees Hector, Anthony & most especially Rene 💫!
I made a mobile/app order while in the parking lot & within 30 seconds after submitting the order Rene was preparing my meal when I walked in to pick up the order. My meal was made correctly without errors. Awesome job, guys!
I was offered compensation because some soda machine flavors were not available.
I enjoyed my meal inside the restaurant & the employees were professional & respectful. 🙂 (I have dined elsewhere at other fast food restaurants where I witnessed loud, obnoxious, unprofessional behavior).
