“A few days ago, I bought a few cheeseburgers through the drive through and one of them was supposed to be a double cheeseburger. By mistake, I received all cheeseburgers and didn't get the double cheeseburger that I ordered. When I went inside to try to exchange my burger for the double, they asked if I could wait 2 minutes for the double and that I can just keep the cheeseburger otherwise they will have to throw it away anyway. Not wanting to waste food, because I surely cannot eat both a double and a cheeseburger, I just chose to decline the offer. They apologized and simply refunded me for the cheeseburger, I also kept my cheeseburger, and they still asked if they could give me the double cheeseburger. Everyone make mistakes, but it's how people choose to fix their mistakes that really matter to me. I cannot say enough good things about the management and the employees who work at this Sonic location. They were nice, friendly, and were very quick to want to fix the issue. That was really one of the best customer service experience I have seen in a long time and I just have to comment on it.“
“Who's bright idea was it to put the new mobile order stall signs like they are?
It's not intuitive at all that once in the spot the sign that's not facing you is the number you use to check in. Bad design that could easily be fixed by angling the sign to better face the driver.“
“The drinks were good, the chicken stripe were fried nicely, and my husbands burger was perfect! BUT the cheesesticks were not really the best. They were stuck together alot and they didnt look very appetizing to my younger boys, so thats wasted money. Please make sure theyre not morphed together. This is the first time I've ever seen this at a SONIC ever. Never had this happen at any other location. My oldest kid ate 2 of them stuck together and the rest are in the picture. When they tear them apart they look worse when the breading rips off.“
“Quiet location with ample parking. The line moved quickly and the staff were decently friendly. I was pleased when I unexpectedly received a discount because they were having a sale. The hotdogs were served at a good hot temperature and ample toppings. Good sonic location.
