“They're great at getting my drink correct. most times I move finding a new Starbucks takes several tries and many different store shopping to find the right place to stick with. This was a smooth transition from my last love in Fort Worth. I will say the staff doesn't interact as much but I'm fine with a thank you and have a good day, especially when I'm already tired. my only complaint is that on a drink that costs $6.50 I shouldn't be missing an inch of the drink. It's not every time, but I've probably paid for 3 or more drinks I haven't received, since moving to town and today is one of them.“

“I placed an order for the 4 for $20 promotion. Out of the 4 drink, I ordered my usual Carmel Ribbon Crunch w/ extra crunch. I placed the order through the app, so I could pick up during my lunch hour. My app notified me that my order was ready, but I still had to wait about 7 min for my order to be prepared. Once leaving, I noticed that my drink had no crunch topping whatsoever. I then called and spoke with Tamara who advised me to come back when I could to replace the order. She even added a breakfast sandwich for me. I will return to this location since it convenient on my way to work. However, I know that I will have to set aside time to stop in the mornings because there is always a wait. Thanks for your great customer service Tamara :)“
