“Our first time in. I believe the owner served us. Was a pleasant experience. Clean atmosphere, friendly customer service. Carbonated fountain drink was crisp/fresh. Ordered the chicken & waffles. Good size portion and the chicken isn’t overly breaded. Owner walked around & checked on us- offered us a sample of the next heat level up to see if we liked it for next visit. We signed up for the rewards app & the staff applied our points from receipt for us since we waited to sign up after paying. Can’t wait to try again for other flavor & menu options. Definitely will be going back. Thank you for your kind service & clean restaurant.“

My husband wasn't thrilled with his meal. He said the fries were cold and a bit stale, and the shrimp tasted like it had been previously frozen and was rubbery. The fish, however, was decent and cooked well. I, on the other hand, really enjoyed my Shroom burger with a vegan patty. The bun was soft and delicious. Everything came out promptly, and overall, I thought it was a solid experience. Even though my husband's meal wasn't good to him, we both agreed it's worth him giving another shot. And honestly, I'll be back... with or without him! I love water so being on the lake was nice. And the interior definitely feels like a a restaurant ups find on any lake. Love it.“

“So much cleaner, friendlier, faster and better overall than the Benbrook location - which would be closest to me. We drive to the White Settlement location when we want wings. When we walked in this evening, both cashiers greeted us with a smile, one was wiping down the soda station, restocking supplies and the other pulling to-go orders. “I was hesitant at first since I had a bad experience at a Lisa’s a couple years ago, but this Lisa’s is like no other. Chicken was just what you’d expect but their extra sides are where it’s at!! Pizza pocket, corn nugs, and corn dogs were crazy good! Also get Gravy snd mashed potato’s and it makes everything 1000x better. Will be adding this to the regular spots to come back to.“

“I can’t believe this happened to us tonight at OUR favorite place…. Prior to celebrating my daughter’s 17th birthday, I checked your app specifically to join a waitlist, as this is her favorite restaurant. The app clearly showed no waitlist available. To confirm, I also called the Alamo Ranch location and was explicitly told there was no wait. Upon arrival, however, we were informed the wait time was over an hour, directly contradicting both the app and the information provided by staff. We then drove to the Landmark location, again under the impression that there was no wait. After arriving to check in a party of eight, we were told there would be another hour-long wait. This resulted in more than an hour and a half wasted driving between locations, based entirely on inaccurate and misleading information. This experience was unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely avoidable. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and I have never encountered this level of incompetence, especially during what was meant to be a meaningful celebration for my daughter. Instead, the evening was ruined due to misinformation and poor communication at both locations. If your app cannot accurately reflect wait times or waitlist availability, it should not be relied upon at all. Either restore the ability to book through Yelp or immediately fix the functionality of your application. The current system is misleading customers and wasting their time. This experience left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. I will be sharing this incident publicly to reflect the unprofessionalism and poor customer service we received unless corrective action is taken. At a minimum, this issue deserves acknowledgment and a clear explanation of how it will be addressed moving forward.“

Always working hard and cleaning. The drink area is always well maintained, lobby and tables are clean and the restrooms are well kept and stocked.

I have gone to so many other locations and honestly stopped eating wing stop for a while because of how poorly other locations were kept until i stopped into this location for a uber pickup one night and just had to return!

“I know many of you have been to a Chili's and the reviews may not help but this Chili's has a great staff that makes the food taste better because it's faster! And with the new savings plan you can often get a free dessert or appetizer. They are extremely fast on the burgers/ribs (their staple) so anything else I can't vouch for but the burgers and ribs is why you come here. Even crowded nights they are fast. I would give it a chance for family style or sports bar style dining in. The price is great for the food you're getting so come and give this location a shot.“

Not much to say about the environment it’s set up mainly for pick ups they do have a couple of tables if you’d like to dine in. In which My son and I did. We got individual size pizzas. And I got to say they were delicious! The ingredients were fresh the crust was perfectly cooked and had a good amount of cheese on it not chintzy. Overall I really enjoyed our visit. “We catered our Christmas Eve dinner and loved every single bite! We got rice, beans, queso, salsa, AND chicken enchiladas with cream sauce. My 5 year old ate TWO enchiladas! We were all scraping our plates. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND giving them a try while out about in town or for catering! They do private parties as well!! 10 out of 10!“
