“I ordered here a couple times, so I cannot say anything for the Atmosphere or Service inside the Restaurant. But I got take-out Sushi twice and the Mongolian beef with white rice. The sushi is SO good!! yes, it is pricey but there are still more expensive places around that will take over 20$ for a roll of sushi. I love the New Mexico roll, they have 50 state rolls, but this one is my absolut favorite. The mongolian beef was good as well, just a little oily for some reason. But I will definitely get sushi again soon!“

“My 1st visit to this restaurant. Was meeting a friend for dinner who recommended the restaurant. It was perfect.The food was excellent. I had the Chilean Sea Bass, and she had the salmon.The atmosphere was perfect for quiet conversation with the staff, allowing you to enjoy the time there without feeling that it was time to leave once finished with your meal.Looking forward to returning at the end of the month.“

“Listen up guys, the entire country of Japan couldn't even dream of producing better sushi than this place. The atmosphere is quiet and calming, the servers are terrific at being attentive but not too intrusive. Everything about this place merits 5 stars and more. “The interior of the restaurant was such a vibe for a late Monday night. We were so happy to find a restaurant that was open late during the weekday. Our server was so friendly and suggestive. We had the chicken katsu don and the spicy tuna roll and a house salad. The breading on the Katsu was so good and crunchy. The tuna paired perfectly with the dressing my salad had. It was an excellent experience!“

“I do not like their boba teas, I tried the classic milktea and the thai tea, it was too sweet and less of the flavor, so I do not recommend this place if you’re looking for a boba drink, however, they have really great thai food and I def recommend that! Love their beef pho, it was amazing, as well as their pad thai!“

“Stopped in on 4/27 for dinner - it was a quick decision since we were on a tight schedule and never looked at the reviews, simply in the mood for sushi and it was close to us.Upon arrival, seemed like a normal restaurant in a shopping center but as soon as we walked in, we were transported to another place. It was beautiful decorated and the creative lighting set the perfect ambiance.We were quickly seated and our drink order taken. She returned with the drinks and an iPad and we were to order from there. I will say, it felt a little disconnected service wise since everything was done from the iPad but it wasn’t a deal breaker.I had a seaweed salad, along with a Hairmex roll rainbow roll, and my husband had a fried California roll and the Golden Triangle roll.Wow! The Hairmex was our favorite! Probably one of the best tempura rolls I’ve ever had! Delicious, fresh, and so flavorful. The most disappointing was the rainbow roll but it wasn’t bad, just felt it was lacking a bit.We were a little thrown off we had to ask for ginger and wasabi, I thought that was a no brainer, however, our plates didn’t include them.Overall, delicious sushi in a beautiful setting! We will most definitely be back.“

“We were wanting to try a ramen place that we had never eaten at before. Hoshi Ramen is in a shopping strip off Keller Main St and parking was a lille packed. We were served with water quickly and gave our order, and the food came out super fast. My wife ordered the seafood pancake and Texan tonkotsu ramen. I ordered chicken karrage and a large spicy bulgolggi tonkotsu ramen. The pancake and karrage were delicious, in fact the karrage might be the best I've had in a while. The ramen was really good, I would not put in my top 5, but it still was really good. I would recommend Hoshi Ramen as a good ramen spot.“

“I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this weekly standby! I’ve had several of their dishes and have enjoyed them all. I especially love the chili-garlic green beans appetizer, the veggie spring rolls, and kung pao shrimp. Extra heat please, which they’re always glad to provide. We prefer to dine at the bar and always receive excellent service from JP and the other bartenders as well. Speaking of the bar, they’ve got a great HH, both food and drink specials.“

“Ended up getting the creamy crab eggrolls, viet spice wings, and classic fried rice. My jaw DROPPED. The crab eggrolls were phenomenal all around and was a great mix with the sweet/sour chili sauce. The fried rice was pretty good and the viet spice wings are definitely a must try! Only thing I noticed is that it is pretty greasy, so I just had to dab it with a paper towel. For anyone that buys the fried rice, they do come in rather large portions so be mindful on how much you order :P Overall, definitely worth it and will come back again!“

“The food is great. The service is wonderful for a small business. We order out often. They're quick to deliver and always friendly. In-house dining is very simple. Most people seem to be regulars and know the employees by name. It's a great stop for lunch... or dinner. Super casual.“

“You have to try their Plum wine sake! This is a good sushi place. They have good lunch specials with the bento boxes. We went on Valentines and they were definitely not prepared for the crowd they had but I’ve been before and never had issues with service. Definitely recommend for a casual lunch or dinner.“

“The food was fresh and delicious! The garlic stir fry was a great choice with combo meats and the pineapple stir fried rice with shrimp was scrumptious with fresh, grilled fruit. We started with crab rangoon- really good! The Thai tea was tasty, as well. The only thing not fully satisfying was the spring rolls, they weren’t bad, just not as good as everything else we ordered. However, the sweet and sour sauce more than made up for it.. it tasted as if it is made in house and was yummy..we dined in and the atmosphere was okay but could use a bit of freshening up. I would definitely recommend and will return.“
