Highly recommend the appetizers, especially the baked and raw oysters. Entrée of a medium ribeye with fabulous mushrooms and mashed potatoes with an Arnold Palmer. Finish with a hot steamy chocolate cake, smothered in pecans and ice cream. All wrapped up by the best representation of this establishment- Robin.
We finally made it into Copano’s after hearing good things and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The food, atmosphere, and presentation were all top tier. The scallops were incredible and honestly one of the best dishes we’ve had in Rockport.
As owners of The Hideaway RV Retreat, we’re always looking for great local places to recommend to our guests and this is definitely one we’ll keep sending people to. Great experience all around.

We ate here for the first time last weekend, won’t be the last, not only was the food outstanding, we were taken care of, seated quickly with no reservation, next time I’ll make one, but the biggest thing was we were in from Houston and I left my credit card there, they overnighted it to Houston for me….all this to say customer for life!!
