“We had an amazing experience at Gringo’s thanks to our waiter, Carlo. He was an excellent server — very attentive, friendly, and on top of everything all night. Our drinks were always full, and he checked on us often without ever being intrusive. Most importantly, he went above and beyond to make my 7-year-old daughter’s birthday feel truly special. He made her smile, made sure she felt celebrated, and created a fun and memorable experience for her. She talked about it the whole way home!
