“Great place. We come here fairly often and usually are served by Val when we aren't bowling. We always tip her well because she told us about being a single mom but lately we realized she wasn't ringing up our tab and just pocketing the money. We never ask for a receipt but whenever the other girls serve us we always get one. My husband brought it up to her and she just said that she's worked there forever and that it was okay. We brought it up to one of the girls working that night and turns out she isn't actually a single mom and they have had issues with money disappearing before. People are WEIRD“
“Gotta say we we're pleasantly surprised. Stopped in for lunch yesterday. I had the German dog, and it was excellent. My wife had the cheeseburger, and she really enjoyed it also. We will definitely be going back. The atmosphere is really cool and the bar is huge.“

“Great hang out spot with a good value happy hour. The French fries and wings are fantastic but we have tried other things that were not good (queso & fried pickles were a let down). I would say if you are going to order food, stick with the staple bar food like fries, wings, and burgers. Can't go wrong!“
“This place is amazing for what it is. What makes it even just a bit better than most is you can smoke inside and the food is actually good. I have been in quite a few times and have never had an issue with anything. This time only a small problem with the cigarette machine and bartender was not sure what to do but notified the owner and problem solved. All the bad reviews they get is people expecting more than what it is. The end of the day people its a bar just remember that“
“Had to stop by for cocktails and nosh. As our Tiki hearts were yearning for a Beach break after Christmas festivities. Cute beach bar in the heart downtown Plano . Nice bar with yummy food great Happy Hour M-F 3-7. Tiki Hubby and I shared 2 appetizers Coconut Shrimp and 1/2 order of nachos. One of the season drinks a spicy old fashion. Drinks server by a very nice bartender were perfect. Shrimp was cooked perfect with a spicy sweet dipping sauce. Pulled pork nachos 1/2 order was plenty with cheese there famous pulled pork sour cream, guacamole/ pico and a spicy sauce to dip. Not one bad bite or sip. Definitely a place to come back to nice menu.“
“We sat at the bar. Nice atmosphere and plenty of TV's throughout. There is a large dining area, and the restaurant was pretty clean. The bartender was attentive, and the food came out pretty quickly.The sliders and tacos were pretty good. The queso could have been much better. There is ample parking outside and the restaurant is easily accessible from FM 544.“

“Being the only country dance hall in the area, this place has a lot of potential to grow if they wanted to.Very traditional/old style of place. When there's a DJ, he plays almost an hour straight of slow country songs that couples are dancing to. Then he'll play maybe 2 line dances or hip hop songs, then go back to the almost hour of slow country.. and repeat. Pretty boring for someone who is there by themselves to join group line dances.Even when a bunch of people get on the floor for a fun, modern line dance, he still only plays a couple of them. He should mix them evenly....a few slow country songs then a few popular line dancing songs, etc.Older crowd (50+). No website. No cover when a DJ is playing. Half price cover before 8pm. (check their FB for info).Old bar system where the bartender keeps your card... Which wastes time when you want to close out and she has to look through a large stack of cards to find yours.Food is simple, but good. Really yummy pizzas and friendly staff.“

Smoking is allowed indoors, which can be offputting to some but is a welcoming sight among other bars when it's extremely hot or cold outside. I highly recommend visiting this place.
