“So, I have Olivia and Caitlyn with a C! Absolutely phenomenal customer service. I travel for work, and the moment I walked up, they weren't playing on their phones, they weren't joking around, it was all about business. These girls are the epitome of the kind of people you want working at your establishment. Customer service is top tier, beautiful smiles, funny laughter, make you feel welcome and make you feel like this is another piece of home away from home. I just moved back here after being gone for 6 years, and this kind of energy and vibe that I got from them at this location in Rowlett, is the reason that I love Rowlett and the reason I love Dallas so much. Whoever the owner is, you just sealed the deal on a lifetime customer. These girls are amazing, they definitely have the potential for management if they keep up with the same attitude, and I hope you recognize the talent that you have here, and either promote these girls, or notice the potential that you have working under your roof. “Crumbl has one of the best cookies. Always been my favorite go to place for cookies.
Unfortunately this time after placing the order of the 3 mini pack I was told they don't have semi chocolate chunk cookies 😞 I was at the store to grab some choc cookies to surprise my wife, I hope they update their systems with inventory to cause a little less confusion and disappointment.“

“Everything at this store is great. They are always friendly. The girl who filled my order noticed I was wearing my dog tags and asked if I served in the military. I let her know that I served in the Army and she gave me a veterans discount.

“We were looking for a local option in an ice cream shop instead of visiting a chain and we were super happy to discover this place! It is inside of Burger Island but everything is delicious, I especially loved the honeydew sorbet! My kid loved the chocolate dipped waffle cone with her ice cream.“

“This is one of the best, if not the best, futeria's I've been to. One of my favorite items is the Sandia (watermelon) real fruit slush. They have 6 other flavors as well. Never disappointed. The Elote is so so good!! Chocolate covered strawberries are fantastic and they have a variety of ice cream. Highly recommend this place.“

I love the fined shaved and the variety of flavors.
I get the strawberry cheesecake, my wife gets the strawberries and cream, in law gets bomp pop and sister in law got the nerds.we all loved our flavors.

“I mean cookies are good BUT the customer service was horrible. I chose curbside pickup and literally nobody came out.. but I could see them through the window… THEN they gave me the wrong cookie and I didn’t notice till i got home.. called them and they wanted us to bring that cookie allll the way back because TO me she thought we just wanted a free cookie or we was gonna eat that cookie that WE didnt order“
