Dessert Restaurants near Rowlett, TX

“I mean cookies are good BUT the customer service was horrible. I chose curbside pickup and literally nobody came out.. but I could see them through the window… THEN they gave me the wrong cookie and I didn’t notice till i got home.. called them and they wanted us to bring that cookie allll the way back because TO me she thought we just wanted a free cookie or we was gonna eat that cookie that WE didnt order“

“So, I have Olivia and Caitlyn with a C! Absolutely phenomenal customer service. I travel for work, and the moment I walked up, they weren't playing on their phones, they weren't joking around, it was all about business. These girls are the epitome of the kind of people you want working at your establishment. Customer service is top tier, beautiful smiles, funny laughter, make you feel welcome and make you feel like this is another piece of home away from home. I just moved back here after being gone for 6 years, and this kind of energy and vibe that I got from them at this location in Rowlett, is the reason that I love Rowlett and the reason I love Dallas so much. Whoever the owner is, you just sealed the deal on a lifetime customer. These girls are amazing, they definitely have the potential for management if they keep up with the same attitude, and I hope you recognize the talent that you have here, and either promote these girls, or notice the potential that you have working under your roof. Thank you so much for hiring such amazing workers, and thank you for making such an amazing product that we in the community love.“

“Crumbl has one of the best cookies. Always been my favorite go to place for cookies.
Unfortunately this time after placing the order of the 3 mini pack I was told they don't have semi chocolate chunk cookies 😞 I was at the store to grab some choc cookies to surprise my wife, I hope they update their systems with inventory to cause a little less confusion and disappointment.“

“😋I recommend bringing loved ones who love sweets and sharing! I tried 3 different desserts! All delicious“

“We found this place on TikTok when I was visiting my husband while he worked in Dallas. And it did not disappoint, it is so cute in there. They gave us a care game to play and our waiter was amazing! I highly recommend“

“Everything at this store is great. They are always friendly. The girl who filled my order noticed I was wearing my dog tags and asked if I served in the military. I let her know that I served in the Army and she gave me a veterans discount.

Keep up the great work, we will be back !!!“

“Best ice cream and cookies.“

“We were looking for a local option in an ice cream shop instead of visiting a chain and we were super happy to discover this place! It is inside of Burger Island but everything is delicious, I especially loved the honeydew sorbet! My kid loved the chocolate dipped waffle cone with her ice cream.“

“The Rockwall Crumble cookies is always very friendly. They keep a good variety of cookies each day and seems like they always have the popular chocolate chip and sugar cookie available. I've seen other stores that done have the basic cookies daily. Plus they are big and filling cookies. So you only need a half dozen. Haha!!“

“Love the crepes and kanafa… would come back… big shout to Wafaa the manager. She was serving our table.. and gave us exceptional service!! 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“This is one of the best, if not the best, futeria's I've been to. One of my favorite items is the Sandia (watermelon) real fruit slush. They have 6 other flavors as well. Never disappointed. The Elote is so so good!! Chocolate covered strawberries are fantastic and they have a variety of ice cream. Highly recommend this place.“

“Been here twice and its very good!
I love the fined shaved and the variety of flavors.

I get the strawberry cheesecake, my wife gets the strawberries and cream, in law gets bomp pop and sister in law got the nerds.we all loved our flavors.

The sizes are deceivingly big so be careful!“

“I truly can’t say enough good things about this place. I’ve been coming here since Tony first opened in Sunnyvale, and it’s been such a joy to watch the business grow into his second location in Forney. Tony and his team consistently go above and beyond, always showing genuine kindness and care. They make every visit feel personal—they remember my name and always make me feel welcome and appreciated. The stores are always clean, the team is warm and respectful, and the snow is the softest I’ve ever had. It’s clear how much pride and heart goes into everything they do. I’ve never had a bad experience here—just consistently wonderful service from truly great people.“

“Always great! Yummy! Quick and delicious.“
