“One of my kids is currently collecting ducks, the other requested a visit, and I had the Keller Chamber Holiday Passport card for #LoyalToLocal, so naturally I planned a visit (yes, we have to make a special trip, we do NOT live close). Sadly we made it shortly before closing, but the customer service was still top notch. Also, the owner is my kind of business owner - she was mopping the floors herself when I walked in, and knew my business had tagged hers recently. We ordered some special treats that were of course delicious, entered the raffle for the Advent calendar (guessing we didn’t win), and got my Passport card stamped. Support local, support small, and enjoy this fun place with yummy flavors of ice cream and cute ducks for keepsakes!“

“Parking: When ordering mozzarella stick and chicken nuggets. And everybody wants Ranch dressing, and you ask if there's some in the bags they say, yeah, there's 2. Lol, so I asked for a few more, and she hands me 2 😠 and she says, if you like more, you have to pay for extra, so I was just wondering i would say thank you, but I will use my ranch at home. I think they wanted to just give you one per item i can understand 2 per item when you order a large of mozzarella sticks and nuggets. And fried pickles. I think you should get more than just one“

“We ordered 3 dozen for my son’s birthday— the call put me at ease. “Sure! No problem!” I arrived two hours late. I called. Sure enough, it was “sure! No problem!” When I arrived, they had three dozen perfectly glazed and sprinkled donuts snuggled comfortably in boxes waiting for me to pick up. The place was clean, fun, and welcoming. Donuts are usually not my treat of choice, but I could not stop wanting more of that warm, gooey chewy dough. They really are delicious. So, we found our go-to donut shop!“

“This is by far the best frozen treat shop in the area. The staff are always super friendly, the selection of frozen yogurts is always amazing, and being able to sample everything pushes this place into 5-star territory. I also like that this place is so clean! I've been here 5 or 6 times now, and I am always impressed with the cleanliness. Just the fact that the place has a self-serve topping bar makes me think that it would be an uncontrollable mess, but it's not! It's spotless at all times! The prices here are far better than other shops as well, and I really feel that you get good value for your money - even more so when I can find a coupon. Sweetfrog truly is one of the retail gems in Keller, and I'll keep going back for more.“

Always something with this location. First, the lady handed me my milkshake at the window covered in milkshake, pouring all over the sides. Looks at it spilling everywhere but still handed to me and then says “here’s some napkins.” And walks away. I continue holding it out of my window, allowing it to drip all over the ground, because the two napkins that were handed to me were not enough to clean up the mess.

I then drive 30 minutes home only to find I was given the completely wrong burger. I ordered a double Miami cheeseburger. I get home to some sort of bacon cheeseburger.“

“Clean and everything in its place. When we approached the front the only person there was fixing an order. It was a couple minutes before she finished what looked like a very delightful order for the couple ahead of us. My sons ordered a #9 takilocos and my daughter had a mangonada and there was a little confusion as to what a takilocos was supposed to be. (And to be fair it's kinda open to interpretation even on the internets) so I kindly explained what he wanted and we were rung up for another.Very well done btw. Thanks again. We will be back for sure.“

Parking: There is plenty of parking in the front of the building and to the side. I have been here when busy, and there is always plenty of parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps on either side of the main entrance door and automatically opening doors.“

“Such a fun spot for an ice cream treat! Go explore the stockyards and save room for Melt ice cream! They have delicious flavors and some fun merch that you can get. Highly recommend getting your scoop of ice cream in a come. 🍦“

“Easy delivery here. Truck entrance is on the corner of Parrish and kings hwy. plenty of room swing wide to get in plenty of room inside to turn a reefer around. Face reefer doors to the building and back up to the yellow line and stop. They have no dock but these guys do not mess around with unloading VERY fast.“

“Dallas was completely covered in snow, and we decided to go out for a drive just to enjoy it. Somewhere along the way, the ice-cream craving hit and let’s be honest, when that happens, Braum’s is the only answer.

We got there and realized we hadn’t brought our wallet. To make things worse, my tap-to-pay wouldn’t go through. The lady at the counter was incredibly patient and kind she waited while I called my bank and got everything authorized instead of rushing us or turning us away.

They have over 20+ flavors of ice creams as well as over 20+ types of mix ins. Also the CLEANEST food establishment that I’ve ever been to. The staffs are super friendly and clean, wipes everything down, from the doors you enter/exit, to the tables AND chairs you sit at. 10/10 experience. Delicious, fresh flavors. My go to is either the banana toffee or the butter pecan pretzel toffee. Butter Pecan Ice Cream or Banana Ice Cream w/ caramel and Heath bar, and add pretzels for the sweet and salty combo! Yummm. If you are ever on Denton Hwy, or going to target, you literally cannot miss them! They’ve got a new sign to establish new ownership.“
