“Had a problem at the San Pedro location, reported it to Arby:s and they made good on it. It appears that they are genuinely concerned and listens when someone has a legitimate concern. Discounts for a lot with me so I'm revising my posting. Had lunch at the Bandera location today: the bathroom was spotless, the food was terrific, the people were as friendly and helpful as they could be, and the restaurant was clean and had great ambience. Great food, great people great facilities, great value!!! Try it you'll like it!!!“

Food was alright the fried jalepenos was hot and fresh. Curly fries was ok.
I got the beef n cheddar sandwich and it was the least fav of the 3. They had a variety of sauces.
Service was welcoming they greeted me upon entering, reccomended me the most popular item when asked.
My order was missing a item but server apologized and was sincere.
Atmosphere was decent and clean but the door had a alarm that went off everytime someone entered the alarm was loud and repeating like it was broken 5-7 beeps per person entry.“
“It's Arby's. If you're going, you basically know what you're getting yourself into. If that's what you want, you'll get it here and it'll be good for that sort of thing. The staff here was really friendly which makes for a nice experience. Love my big beef n cheddar.“
“I always order the exact same thing. And the lamb gyro was prepared to perfection. It was fresh, lamb was hot and the lettuce and tomatoes were cold. I will definitely come again before I leave San Antonio. I waited less than 2 minutes after paying for my order, and the staff brought my meal while I was still filling my fountain beverage. Very nice easy-going music playing. The restaurant was extremely clean, especially since it was after the lunch rush.“
“It was ok. The meat on my sandwich was flavorful but it was scarce. The crinkle cut fries, although my favorite style fry, was not crispy nor warm. My husbands sandwich was piled high but it was a 1/2 lb sandwich. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great either.“
“Walked in at 1120 in the morning and ordered 10 sandwiches, xl crinkle fry and largest potato cakes possible. Within 8 minutes our order was packed and ready. Our toddler could not wait for those crinkle fries they were hot fresh and oh so yummy.
Service at the counter was kind, efficient and friendly. Sandwiches were very good and those potato cakes were tasty. Thank you Arby staff for the great job.“
