I've never experienced multiple cars in the drive thru so that's a plus.. food was Arby's you either like it or don't.. “I have visited this location a number of times. Each time the food tastes fresh and the service is great. My most recent visit was no different. Happy with my portion size, the flavor and the condition the inside of this restaurant is in. I'll be back again.“
“I had not been to an Arby's in several years, but my youngest was insistent. Honestly, much better than I remembered, and a great value. My deli sandwich was on fresh, soft bread with crisp tomato and lettuce. Much better and tastier than sandwiches costing twice as much. I'll be back!“

Their menu is unique compared to the typical fast food burger joint, or the COUNTLESS Taco restaurants in SA.This franchise keeps their standards up, and they will make you a Super Roast Beef even though it isn't on the menu any more. It is the only fast food I know of where you can get a Reuben and several types of Gyro, including the traditional Greek type, in a drive through. During different seasons they will have some "limited addition" sandwiches unique to the time of year, like a spring chicken sandwich. Their shakes are richer than most burger joints, also with a "shake of the month". My daughter likes the chocolate mint when they have it, since it tastes sort of like a York Peppermint Patty. Give them a try. I am selfish and don't want Arby's to close any stores.Wheelchair accessibility: It is a single floor layout with a sidewalk.“
“It looks closed due to some kinda remodeling on the facade, but it's really open. The sweet tea was good, and it didn't taste old (we went around 7 p.m. on a weekday). I ordered a fish sandwich meal, but after I had already paid, I noticed they had a fish sandwich with cheese option. To avoid the hassle, I just asked for a cheese cup and was charged $0.99. When I got the sandwich, I noticed they put the cheese in there instead. I definitely DIDN'T get $0.99 worth of cheese :(“
“This Arby's is nice, clean, and the staff is consistently fast with the food. The staff even gushed over our dog once when we were in the drive through and gave him some free roast beef as a treat. Finally, the food is, of course, the delicious Arby's fare.“
“I got the gyro sandwich, it’s pretty good, I honestly didn’t know that arbys had other options instead of roast beef. And I thought it wouldn’t taste as good because it’s from a typical chain restaurant, but I was surprised that’s it’s a good sandwich. I would definitely get it again!“
“We had the absolute best experience here. We came around 12pm and it was completely empty. The cashier was very helpful and patient with me as i ordered several meals for my family. She made my Strawberry lemonade right away and it was very tasty. It's a syrup so don't expect fresh Strawberry but it was very good. She also brought our shakes out quickly and they were creamy and smooth. All the food came out quickly and the order was correct. My husband got a Reuben and Half Pound Beef n' Cheddar, I got a Greek Gyro, my daughter got the Crispy Fish sandwich and we got 2 kids meals. Everything was hot and nice looking. I rarely find a meal that looks like it's picture, but these looked better! Packed with meat and the bread was nice and tender. My husband comes to Arby's all the time and even he commented on how good his sandwich was. The restaurant itself was very clean. Every table was wiped and the floor was perfect. Also, I always saw a staff member available. I don't know if this pace has changed in the last 2 months or so, but I would gladly come and spend my money here again!“
“Really upset. I ordered food for the wrong location, this one on N.E. Loop 410. App wouldn't let me cancel & switch to a nearby location. I called this Arby's repeatedly, & their phone gave a busy line signal for 20 minutes straight. They must not need our business.Edit: Finally coming in to speak with someone makes all the difference. The new decor is nicely structured, the staff was friendly & they made up for my loss. “Good drive thru to visit when I'm on Bandera and I get a craving for Arby's. it's not far from the Peter Pipers at the corner of Huebner and Bandera. Love the roast beef and cheese burger with curly fries. Best burger ever! Curly fries rock! Haven't been inside so not sure how that is but the drive thru is good.“
