The alligator/andouille sausage, boiled eggs ? were great. Crawfish was okay! I ordered the wet one. I say this because the water that the Crawfish is boiling in needs to be well seasoned and the Crawfish needs to soak in the juice a bit for that cajun flavor to be in the Crawfish more. Thankfully, you'll put some juice and extra seasoning in the crawfish with the takeout plate. It really helped the flavor alot. I'm a true New Orleanian so I know flavor well. The flavor of my shrimp and grits and red beans and rice was excellent. The shrimp were over done but you know how shrimp are ten seconds and it's too much. Happened to be Happy Hour so I enjoyed a great margarita. I will be back. Service was good, very nice server.

One of the best restaurants I’ve been to, the food is actually professionally cooked, the flavors were amazing and complex and makes you feel like it was well worth your money. Definitely a go to restaurant from now on. Staff was very friendly, Jason the manager was super nice. Food came out quick and server was always on top of it. Zero complaints keep it up great work.
