“Don’t know if they write these themselves or if they come printed - I’d like to think they come hand written. Funny how the world works when you need it most. Had this on my cup this morning… now if that ain’t a sign I don’t know what is. Enjoyed that cup a little more than I usually do. And for that I am thankful. Keep getting up.

“Stopped in for a quick meal while I visited San Antonio TX.
I ordered a Southwest salad with avocado ranch dressing. Tori took my order and greeted me with a smile and was very patient with me as I didn't know what I wanted at first. She explained the options as I had given her a specific request. "Just chicken no bread". I received my salad again with a smile as I watched her wait on other tables asking if everything was alright and if refills were needed. Very pleased with her professionalism.
My salad, on the other hand advertises black beans and corn. I could bearly find it. It was mostly lettuce and cheese with 4 nice ripe cherry tomatoes. I did enjoy the salad but it wasn't what I expected. Over all it was a nice stop. The atmosphere was very family friendly.“
“The new chicken with pimento cheese and peppers are outstanding. I was a little hesitant because it just seemed weird, but omg, I'm glad I decided to try it. I got the spicy chicken. If you haven't tried it, you need to jump on that now.“

“First Time at Chick-fil-A – Sauce Overload!
I finally stepped into Chick-fil-A for the first time for lunch, and I have to say...it was a great experience! The atmosphere was super friendly, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. One thing that caught me off guard, though, was the sheer number of sauces to choose from. I was not prepared for that level of decision-making, haha.
When I politely declined any sauce, the cashier quite frankly yelled, "WHAT! NO CHIC-FIL-A SAUCE?!" I felt compelled to choose one... anyone just one, haha.
The food itself was solid & classic, fresh, and definitely lived up to the hype. But what really stood out was the service. You don’t always walk into a fast-food place and feel like the employees actually enjoy their job, but here, the positive vibes were everywhere.
Overall, I’ll definitely be coming back... well, mainly to work my way through the rest of the sauces! If you’ve never been before, just be ready to make some tough sauce decisions or be yelled at! Haha“

“For the most part they are friendly & have the correct order once received, however, just a tip on gluten-free meals or the buns you have. You might want to educate your staff as to people w Celiac Sprue disease cannot have any wheat, bread or anything w gluten so usually when people ask you for the gluten-free bun you might want to then ask if they want the grilled chicken because we cannot eat the breaded chicken, this will save you and the customer time. Instead of going back and forth. I only gave it 4 stars because they made me pay for a mistake of bringing me the breaded chicken, which I was fine paying but I’d they would’ve known the turn out would’ve been most splendid. Ty“

“Perfect for repressing the urge to plan ahead, as well as anxiety concerning the near future.What better way to close your third eye and simulate the effects of cocaine, minus the nasal damage, than to hop in line at Bexar county's premier Chik-Fil-A, located by Alon market. They've got this thing down to a science, folks, as there's no other drive thru that can possibly take as many cars as this one - with two lanes nonetheless - and still get your food to you in under 5 minutes. Nevermind clogging your arteries, this thing clogs the intersections with crack-chicken-fiending patrons, because you know what? My pleasure, that's what!“

Food temp was excellent and plentiful.
The line was drive through lanes were Super Super long but, they moved fairly quickly.
We paid through the app but, we still had to wait in line.“
“I search a Chick-fil-A on my GPS as a stop in the middle of my errands and looked like the location was in the mall, I was a bit disappointed cause I didn't want to park the car and go into the mall to buy the food while I was in a hurry heading to the next destination.Then!I found the sign saying there was a drive-thru booth, and I got to find an employee receiving orders from your car and using their electronic devices(pad?), the order was sent to the store in the mall.Within no time, another person brought the food to the car and I got to head out to my next place in a timely manner.I was very impressed and their service was great and efficient.I would recommend it.“
“Food was great, especially the tenders. My son never seems to like chicken tenders outside of god-awful McDonald's but he tore up his order and mine. And that lemonade....addictive.
Took a minute to get the food but it was pretty busy. Definitely a good after karate quick dinner when school starts (Don't judge, ?).“

“I met up with my daughter and my best friend sister, my Ethel to the Lucy and well for a birthday lunch from my Ethel. It was a great thing. She also got cookies and my daughter was able to receive and redeem her free chocolate shake for her birthday. “Food was really good and service was really good when I showed up. I tried to walk inside and I ended up almost walking into the kitchen lol. But Joseph explained to me how there's only outside seating and it was very nice and helped me out. I don't remember the name of the guy who took my order but he was very sweet as well. Everyone was very kind and helpful! Also the pineapple dragon fruit lemonade is DIVINE! Made me wanna go to church and pray.“

“Would have been great if our cashier didn’t seem so stuck up and unapproachable. Put her in the back. Worse than ordering from a robot. Having a bad day? Well don’t take our on the world! We’re all trying to make it Denalynn !!! All that attitude and still didn’t get our order right. Food was good. Sunlight in the mall makes it too hot!!

“Four stars Chick fil A. Update these pics in Google maps because they are deceiving. We don't live far and saw y'all have a play place in Google maps well Austin hwy, you do not have a play place and the kids we're disappointed. Yes we could have drove around to find one however why not give you guys a try. The food was hot, the wait time wasn't long and everyone was very nice. Parents with kids this is a drive through Chick Fil A. Parents with kids if the picture doesn't get updated Austin Hwy does not have a play place.“
“Place if your typical Chick-fil-A, just with a larger drive thru and smaller parking area. This does create a parking issue where it can be extremely difficult to find a parking spot and it almost tries to make you go in the drive-thru. If it gets busy, the drive thru will block the parking, making it a real issue. Combine that with an abnormally large number of people that do not park correctly and it gets irritating.
When I do order to-go for staff lunches, and the food is still warm after a 10 minute drive. They don't over pack your food and offer drink holders as well. They also aren't stingy with the sauces unlike some other Chick-fil-A spots.“
“Location is the food court at North Star Mall. CFA's app was easy to use for payment as typical. The crew kept a long line moving quickly.
Dietary restrictions: CFA accommodates substitutions and removals upon request. Gluten-free bread is available for sandwiches and grilled chicken offerings have no breading.“
“I had issue at this particular store when it comes to customer service several times. However Mike is a great manager and this is a good store with the quality of food I come to expect from a Chik-fil-A. Keep up the good work with you team Mike M.“
“This was my first time at this location, it was actually an easier drive through than some of the other locations. The food was good as usual, the nuggets were juicy and delicious. The only “thing” was that they skimped us on Chick Fil A sauce, but they had kinda gotten busy so it’s a non issue.“
“Quinton went above and beyond for us and I didn’t want the excellent customer service to go unacknowledged. I was off to a rough start today and even though I was just picking up food, he turned my day around and I appreciate his kindness so much! We always have great food and service at this location and Quinton specifically today was exceptional!“

“Was here last week when the owner was in the house and man everyone was nice and helpful. Came today and had questions about the chicken on the salad, and Lucas just looked at me like I was dumb, as well as the MOD and 2 other crew members. I even asked the MOD how his day was he was typical fast food experience, horrible... Finally a beautiful soul Iris helped me. It is unfortunate that when the cats away the mice will show their tru selves“
