“Picked up an order for the wife and kids, they really enjoy the food! I never understood the fuss about Chick fil A, until the wife had me pick up an order. She gave me a chicken sandwich and I have to say, I'm actually impressed! The fries were good as well! Needless to say, I went back the next day and ordered in! I'm now a fan!“
“Awesome staff, amazing food. Like no kidding. Best Chick-fil-A by far. No funky smells, no rude staff, super clean tables and floors and play place! They are cleaning every 2 minutes. “I ordered chicken sandwich and a cob salad. I specytold them 'No Bacon'. Took the order to hotel. The bacon in the sandwich. I had to come back again and talked to the manager. But seems like the manager thinks ' No big deal! Just made a new one. Chick fila needs to train the employee to listen the customer and double check when the customer request something. And the manager needs to talk to that employee who made this wrong order.“

“I came into this Chick-fil-A location to pick up a DoorDash order and also place an entrée order for myself. As I waited to be served, an employee named Elisa looked at me with a confused expression and asked, “Can I help you with something?” I was a bit taken aback by her tone and the way she asked, but I politely responded that I was there to pick up a DoorDash order. Very rude but in a sweet tone. I was confused
Elisa then pointed to the side, and before I could finish explaining that I also wanted to place a personal order and scan my Chick-fil-A app, she stopped me mid-sentence and said she would get someone else to take my order. A manager then came over and completed my order.
While I appreciated the manager’s help, the situation was still very uncomfortable. I felt singled out and somewhat discriminated against based on how I was approached and dismissed. I was simply there to pick up an order and place one for myself, and the interaction made me feel unwelcome. I hope management takes this as an opportunity to improve communication and ensure that every guest regardless of appearance is treated with courtesy and respect.“
“It's a well-known fact that Chick-fil-a has top-tier food and service. This location doesn't disappoint. I've come to rely on the fast, fresh, and friendly delivery service by Lucia and Isabel. I can time their arrival and it's always delivered with care and accuracy. Keep up the great work.“
“Stopped in here for lunch a few days ago and was reminded why Christian run business are superior.
Sweet white haired lady took my order and could not have been more friendly. I later watched her interact with little kids in the restaurant and she was truly an angel.
The man next to us finished eating and left and I watched as a staff member came out and wet wiped the entire table. Moving things around to get underneath and then she even replaced the semi-wilted flowers on the table with fresh.
Place was clean and neat, food came out perfect, all the staff were friendly.
Stop in any other fast food joint aside from Culver's (also Christian owned) and you will not witness any of this.
Say what you want about religions but if a Christian business is available in any form I suggest that's where you go. The only other culture I have found to have the same level of care is the Japanese and I have traveled most of this planet.“
“One of the best things that could ever happen here in San Antonio and the staff are great besides that the food is delicious
Parking: You can park anywhere you want except the handicap spaces or the curb delivery spaces unless you are handicap or you’re going to pick up food
Kid-friendliness: They love kids they enjoy having kids there all these little kid meals that they have to offer“
“Obviously the food is delicious, but they asked me to buy cookies for some cookie challenge they are doing. I don't remember the details. All o heard was cookies. I added the half dozen to my order, but I didn't get it in my drive through bag. I don't usually check my bag at chic-fil-a because they are normally thorough. Not a HUGE deal, but they were $10. So, it was a disappointment to get all the way home through San Antonio traffic, cookie-less.“

Our son ordered the 30 piece nuggets, waffle fries, and sweet tea.
None of which disappointed!
Food temp was excellent and plentiful.
The line was drive through lanes were Super Super long but, they moved fairly quickly.
We paid through the app but, we still had to wait in line.“

“For the most part they are friendly & have the correct order once received, however, just a tip on gluten-free meals or the buns you have. You might want to educate your staff as to people w Celiac Sprue disease cannot have any wheat, bread or anything w gluten so usually when people ask you for the gluten-free bun you might want to then ask if they want the grilled chicken because we cannot eat the breaded chicken, this will save you and the customer time. Instead of going back and forth. I only gave it 4 stars because they made me pay for a mistake of bringing me the breaded chicken, which I was fine paying but I’d they would’ve known the turn out would’ve been most splendid. Ty“
“Food was great, especially the tenders. My son never seems to like chicken tenders outside of god-awful McDonald's but he tore up his order and mine. And that lemonade....addictive.
Took a minute to get the food but it was pretty busy. Definitely a good after karate quick dinner when school starts (Don't judge, ?).“
“As a self-proclaimed chick-fil-a enthusiast, experience matters, portion size matters, and speed of service matters. This chick-fil-a has consistently provided all of the above better than any other in the city, in my personal experience. Can’t recommend enough!!“
“First Time at Chick-fil-A – Sauce Overload!
I finally stepped into Chick-fil-A for the first time for lunch, and I have to say...it was a great experience! The atmosphere was super friendly, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. One thing that caught me off guard, though, was the sheer number of sauces to choose from. I was not prepared for that level of decision-making, haha.
When I politely declined any sauce, the cashier quite frankly yelled, "WHAT! NO CHIC-FIL-A SAUCE?!" I felt compelled to choose one... anyone just one, haha.
The food itself was solid & classic, fresh, and definitely lived up to the hype. But what really stood out was the service. You don’t always walk into a fast-food place and feel like the employees actually enjoy their job, but here, the positive vibes were everywhere.
Overall, I’ll definitely be coming back... well, mainly to work my way through the rest of the sauces! If you’ve never been before, just be ready to make some tough sauce decisions or be yelled at! Haha“
“I'm always impressed with this place. ❤️ Love, love, love the lemonade with pulp. Everyone is always friendly and eager to help. The food is always fresh. The evenings are nice and quiet. Perfect after a long work day when I don't feel like cooking or cleaning.“

“We had a longish wait at Chick-fil-A, but I really want to shout out Isaiah for his incredible effort and attitude. Every time we saw him, he was literally running, in the Texas heat mind you,to get food out to customers as quickly as possible. You could tell he genuinely cared about helping everyone despite the tough conditions. He stayed polite, focused, and determined the entire time. Isaiah is exactly the kind of employee who makes you want to come back. I hope Chick-fil-A recognizes and appreciates his hard work. Thank you, Isaiah!!!“

“Would have been great if our cashier didn’t seem so stuck up and unapproachable. Put her in the back. Worse than ordering from a robot. Having a bad day? Well don’t take our on the world! We’re all trying to make it Denalynn !!! All that attitude and still didn’t get our order right. Food was good. Sunlight in the mall makes it too hot!!

“We’re frequent visitors at this Chick-fil-A because it’s usually a great family spot. Recently, though, we’ve had a consistent concern. Every time we come in—whether we’re dining inside or just going through the drive-thru—there’s a gentleman who’s always around outside or inside. Sometimes he’s inside talking loudly to himself and approaching guests, and other times he’s just loitering outside as we come in. It does make things a bit uncomfortable, especially with young kids. We love this Chick-fil-A and just hope the management can help keep the environment as family-friendly and comfortable as possible. It is clear that the team members and leaders are aware of this particular guy, but nothing has seemed to be done, if anything I’ve been seeing him more frequently here. I normally don’t mind this kind of issue, but it’s the fact that children are around and he attempts to make conversation with them, is where I draw the line. Thanks for your attention to this!“
“love coming to this Chick-fil-A! The service is always fast, friendly, and very attentive. The staff are super professional and always greet me with a smile, making the experience very pleasant. The food always arrives hot and delicious, especially the nuggets and lemonade, which are my favorites, they even have a well done option! Plus, they keep the place clean and well organized, which makes me want to come back again and again. Definitely one of the best places for fast food with quality! Highly recommended!“
“As they say, they always screw you through the drive-thru. Not a major deal but they left out an item out of our order. I called the store to try to talk to someone about either getting a refund for the items or having them delivered. Left a message but nobody called back.“

“Food was really good and service was really good when I showed up. I tried to walk inside and I ended up almost walking into the kitchen lol. But Joseph explained to me how there's only outside seating and it was very nice and helped me out. I don't remember the name of the guy who took my order but he was very sweet as well. Everyone was very kind and helpful! Also the pineapple dragon fruit lemonade is DIVINE! Made me wanna go to church and pray.“
“Location is the food court at North Star Mall. CFA's app was easy to use for payment as typical. The crew kept a long line moving quickly.
Dietary restrictions: CFA accommodates substitutions and removals upon request. Gluten-free bread is available for sandwiches and grilled chicken offerings have no breading.“
“This was my first time at this location, it was actually an easier drive through than some of the other locations. The food was good as usual, the nuggets were juicy and delicious. The only “thing” was that they skimped us on Chick Fil A sauce, but they had kinda gotten busy so it’s a non issue.“

“Place if your typical Chick-fil-A, just with a larger drive thru and smaller parking area. This does create a parking issue where it can be extremely difficult to find a parking spot and it almost tries to make you go in the drive-thru. If it gets busy, the drive thru will block the parking, making it a real issue. Combine that with an abnormally large number of people that do not park correctly and it gets irritating.
When I do order to-go for staff lunches, and the food is still warm after a 10 minute drive. They don't over pack your food and offer drink holders as well. They also aren't stingy with the sauces unlike some other Chick-fil-A spots.“
“Quinton went above and beyond for us and I didn’t want the excellent customer service to go unacknowledged. I was off to a rough start today and even though I was just picking up food, he turned my day around and I appreciate his kindness so much! We always have great food and service at this location and Quinton specifically today was exceptional!“

“I have been to many different Chick-fil-a locations but NONE have ever been this organized nor this customer focused! They have mints, disinfectant wipes, straws, and highly organized condiments of all kinds. This tells you the level of detail that leadership instills in their daily operations! Great job!“
“This chick fil a is pretty standard in what it offers when compared to other chick fil a’s. Because they “should” all be the same, I noticed that this place was dirtier than most, messier bathrooms than most, and less employees walking around and cleaning the tables/offering to top off drinks. Can I get my own drink refilled-of course. But what stands out about chick fil a (when compared to McD, Burger King, Wendy’s) is the attention to service and supremely clean eating areas. This location lacked. Maybe it was because I ate there right after the lunch rush. I’ll still visit this location. Food was as good as ever.“
