We ate dinner and breakfast at Cibilo Moon August 16 and 17, Sunday and Monday. Food is very good. Service is great. Coffee in the morning was the worst I have ever had!! Tasted like they brewed it twice with same coffee grounds. The Marriott is under construction so when we sat outside Monday morning, the generator was going full blast and very noisy.

Great atmosphere and food. Crowded and be noisy. Parking in the vicinity is not free.

The patio seating provides a pleasant breeze and ambiance. The happy and friendly staff contribute to a memorable experience. The burnt tip brisket, cauliflower appetizer, and 16oz Dino Ribs—a chef special—are standout dishes, with meat so tender it falls off the bone. Sides like mash potatoes and carrots complement the meals perfectly. Don't miss the best Key Lime Pie, prepared fresh onsite. The pastries, all made onsite except the English muffins, are top notch. Cibolo Moon is a casual, relaxing spot for celebrations or everyday dining, with a great mix of style, service, food, and local eating.
