“Great pizza, occasional good deals but you should invest in your own pizza cutter as these guys hardly ever cut the pizza thru and thru. Guess they're too busy cranking em out, small complaint that's easily fixed. Great overall ❤️

They cleaned meticulously while making our scrumptious order. 10/10 would recommend this location. Salim runs a tight ship. Excellent customer service. Give them all raises!“

“This location is clean. It seems kind of small, but always treated with kindness here. When I checked in earlier than my scheduled pickup time, it didn't seem to bother them, and they went ahead and got my order out even though I told them it was no rush.“

“had an issue that wasn’t really an issue.i had originally asked for my thin crust pizza to be pie sliced, and they mistakenly cut it the way it’s supposed to be. which is square cut.not a big deal at all, but they went above and beyond and just made an entire new pizza with the correct cut and gave us the square cut for free!great pizza, good employees.“

“Picked up our carryout order. They had an amazing deal 2 med one topping pizzas, garlic knots, cinnamon twist, and a 2 liter soda for $19.99. Definitely scored for dinner for a family of 4. The food was fresh and hot upon pickup. The staff was friendly and welcoming as well. Order was ready within 10-20min as mentioned in my order confirmation.“

“Several times ordering from this location. It's been fast friendly service every time. No problems with delivery at all. The drivers are good and the food is exactly what I ordered. Average delivery time for me has been 33 to 45 minutes, which is very reasonable considering how busy this store seems to be at times. I can't speak on the atmosphere of the store as I have never been to the store; I have only ever ordered delivery from here.“

“These have their stuff down, sometimes I order some strange things and it's ALWAYS right. They actually pay attention and care. I usually get thin crust and they put a good amount of sauce on it so it doesn't dry out going through the over. And I usually get it pie cut to share instead of the usual cut for thin crust. Not sure why the bad reviews, this place is solid! Keep up the great work guys and gals!“

“the pizza was absolutely fantastic—perfectly crisp crust, rich tomato sauce, and gooey, flavorful cheese that melted in your mouth. Every bite had a balance of fresh toppings and just the right amount of seasoning. The service was just as impressive; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Our server was quick to offer recommendations and made the whole dining experience feel welcoming and relaxed. It’s definitely a place I’d come back to again.“

“I was having difficulty ordering,((online)) something about the email address,but a young man who worked there was kind enough to help me, I paid and then when he brought the pizzas to my car,he was still polite and I said I would have gone inside,he said Ma'am,No biggie,i didn't mind. “I recently visited this Domino's Pizza and was helped by a lady named Stacy. I love that she was incredibly friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Even though the store was really busy She still took the time to answer all my questions about the menu and helped me decide on what I wanted. my order was perfect and and was ready in a reasonable amount of time. “Our local dominos have been an excellent choice for our eating outs. We wish that their Pan pizza was available in a large size.. That way, we can all adequately get slices. That's just how good it it is. Thr parm bites are always a solid choice.

One common issue we face is that the coupons don't work in our favor as veggie lovers. We typically get Black olives, tomatoes, jalapeños, green peppers, and onions. The coupons are typically for 2 or 3 topping pizzas max. But other than that, we appreciate our local dominos and the staff that works there.“

“Long Story lolI have lived in the area for a very very long time(my kids started in the local Elementary and graduated from Brennan long time I tell you lol) anyway and I bought Dominos from the Grosenbacher/Potranco location just a few times!!!Because back then it was just that location and every time they reminded me on why I didn’t eat Dominos!!!! So for Pizza it was usually Little Caesar’s on Tally Or Pizza Hut on Potranco & 604. When this location opened, I gave this location a shot because I’m not far from it granted I’m closer to the sucky Dominos but my teenage kids literally work next door to this location, anyway I have yet to be disappointed ‼️‼️‼️‼️Food is delish & Staff is great, Win Win!!Please continue doing a good job“

“We ordered a pizza for delivery last night. I have instructions on the app to knock and leave it at the door. They did, but by the time I went to the door after putting my dog away, it was gone! So I called the store to verify whether it was delivered or if it might’ve been stolen. They confirmed the delivery was done (who steals a pizza from someone’s doorstep?!). However, they were so sweet and understanding and remade my entire order for me and delivered it again, at no additional cost! I let them know I was willing to reorder and pay, but they still went out of their way to get us our food after someone else almost ruined the evening. That’s top-tier customer service!“

My pan pizza with extra sauce, pepperoni & steak we're not cut and he tilted the pizza whenever it happened and it all went to one side. I had to put it in the oven and cut it. My chicken were very small and some pieces were big. But not for the money they charge. $6 tip and a 60 pizza order for this.“

“Domino's is our FAVORITE!! The employees are, without fail, always friendly & accommodating. The online app is FANTASTIC- it's SO easy to use & points accumulate very quickly. The interior is always clean & there are plenty of tables. In all the years since this Domino's was established here in La Grange, we have only had them get ONE pizza wrong. They even made us a special pizza once, doing their best to create a Philly Cheesesteak for us when they had run out of...I forget which ingredient, exactly, it was, but they did an EXCEPTIONAL job!!

Vegetarian options: Just don't get meat on your pizza! There are plenty of veggies available.

Parking: The Domino's is right on the right corner of the strip mall, so there's a small row of parking in front, PLENTY of parking right around the corner, & even EV parking spaces!“

“Ordered thin and crispy pizzas. When I arrived I checked and they were not the thin and crispy. They apologized and remade the pizzas which took around 7 to 10 min. They mentioned I could take the other pizza since they would not be able to sell them. The pizzas were really good. ?“

“This Domino's is spot on. The food and delivery are on point and if they're not, they trip over themselves to make it right, going above and beyond every time. We had a mix-up a couple of orders ago, we're all human, but the mgr at the time put a credit on our account and we couldn't recall what it was so we called our order in and Timothy took amazing care of us. We've always had the utmost courtesy extended to us any time we call this location. Most of the time the pizza is delivered earlier than we expected. Of all the locations we've ordered from over the years, this one beats them all! They deserve a 5+ star rating.“

“Friendly staff, not really set up for walk in traffic unless you are picking up a called in order. Menu on hand was lacking. Pizza was ready in the amount the said it would be. Fresh, tasted good. Cheese bread was more bread than cheese though.“

“Came in to get lunch and there was a slim female working during this time. She was super sweet and attentive to my order and helpful. Her name wasn't on the receipt, but my order was at 12:52pm on 10/10/2024. I hope that management gives her kuddos and some kind of reward or bonus for this wonderful customer service. I will definently be back again and will recommend this location to friends and family.

Parking: the parking lot is small, but I've been here during slow and busy times and there's always parking. Well lit up parking lot at night also.“

“I placed a large order for my team and did an advanced online order for 40 pizzas on Friday for Wednesday pickup. I was admittedly nervous if the store could handle a large volume order after previous not so great experiences with other pizza places, but Domino’s pleasantly surprised me. I had no issues with pickup, the pizzas were hot and fresh when I arrived, a kind team member helped carry a few stacks out to my car, and the team member inside told my colleague that they omit the garlic butter on large orders for allergies and I was blown away. They thought of everything! Only two things I’d change was 1) the fact that they don’t have a parking lot so I had to park in the street with my hazards on, but I understand parking space is scarce in downtown and at least the road didn’t have much traffic and 2) I couldn’t track my order in real time since I put in an advanced order several days ahead. I understand that’s a system opportunity beyond the store and that’s not reflective of the location or team though, they were great. I’d definitely recommend this Domino’s to anyone who needs to place a large order, just plan ahead and all should go smoothly.“
