I tried to use my gift card to do an online order. Didn’t work so had to come in. Same order as online but was 4 dollars more. The only difference was adding pico to one item. Instead of queso we got a burrito and got shorted a churro. The food was decent. If you have ptsd don’t bother trying to eat inside. They cut the chicken super loud and it will cause panic attacks. Store was very clean.
I'm giving a review because I've earthen from el pollo Loco since I was a child and I'm 42. It's never let me down. Awesome service, good food and location is excellent. We love it here and I'm so happy we have lots of new healthier choices.

Been coming here for a long time in the last two years they give you chicken that looks horrible small chicken no meat on it and when you ask for better food or better cuts of chicken, horrible service from the manager to the employee I will not be coming back here unless management or ownership
